If I could give this location zero stars I would. We ordered from the Charles website directly. We ordered 1 hour and 5 minutes before their listed closing time. The order was accepted and 2 hours later we had not received our food. We called and called and no answer. Well there was an answer but it was more like an answering service retrieval message. The order was eventually cancelled by DoorDash. The charge for the order $43 was pending so we suspected it would eventually fall off. No such luck the charge went through the very next day. Again we called and ran into the same phone answering service. Finally we called the Denver Premium Outlets main number and they connected us with the store directly. The manager said he could do nothing about it, as the info was closed every day and he could not see the order. Interesting in this day and age of technology that he could not find a way to look. I bet however if he chose to look back, with the order number and the exact amount of the transaction he would see if in their credit card tally for the day. I then talked to the owner who did say she was sorry but the fact of the matter is they have my money, we had no food and they said you need to wait 5 - 7 days to see what happens. Read moreI ordered 4 things. Fries with ranch and bacon, 2 jalapeno prime Q's and a chicken cheese philly with no toppings or veggies at all. All orders were wrong. Firstly they told me they couldn't just do ranch and bacon and they'd have to ring it up with cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't do this, and this is not the first time I've only ordered ranch and bacon. the cashier rung me up for cheese fries and said he would make sure to just do ranch but this didn't happen I ended up with a slab of cheese on my fries and no ranch or bacon. Secondly, my prime Q's were instead rung up as jalapeno cheese steaks, I even pointed at the display stand next to him to let him know what I wanted since it was a special and he didn't really seem to understand me too well. Lastly, the chicken philly had all the toppings on it. I asked for no veggies and toppings and they threw in everything. Read moreI went to this charley’s location on my way home from denver, usually we go to the thornton location but my boyfriend pulled up the wrong one. When we got there we tried to order on the kiosks but they weren’t working so we had to order at the register. It took an employee a couple minutes to even notice us at the registers. They also forgot our straws, and when my boyfriend went to go up and ask it took me yelling over the counter to get someone’s attention. Once we got them, we left. When we opened our order everything was wrong. My boyfriend got the wrong sandwich all together and my sandwich had everything on it, when i had asked for onions and tomato to be taken off.
