Let me first start off by saying that I am completely a brand advocate for Ralph Lauren Polo. My husband loves the line and the toddler clothing fits my daughter so well. It is unfortunate that my experience today was far from exceptional.
I visited this location to return a gift with out a gift receipt. Although my daughter loves the clothing, this particular item was not for her. Because this was a gift, I had no idea what the original price of the item was. Upon browsing the floor the item was marked full price with no identifying discounts marked or displayed nearby, it was then that I realized the item was being retuned at a value of 50%. I was curious if there were any other discounts available on other items that were unidentifiable, so I asked the sales associate why the item that I returned was still listed as full price, he was unsure. I asked if there were any other items that were reduced but not identified, he was unsure.
Upon check out I was assisted Robert, a manager. I let him know that the item I was returning did not have any indication that it was on sale or 50% off. He proceeded to get defensive and say that I would only get 50% of the value. I agreed with the credit amount and was only letting him know because perhaps the store would sale more of the item if the discount was displayed and customers (and associates) actually knew about the discount. As I was leaving the manager wished me a great day and under his breath said “AND DONT COME BACK”.
I share this experience with you all because no matter how much you love a brand you should never be treated this way EVER. Save your time, get accurate specials and a better customer experience by...

My boyfriend and I big advocates for the RL brand and always look for deals at the locations across the state. But sometime when we come to this location the staff is very rude. When I asked an associate if a dress was 50% off (because it was on the 50% off rack but it did not have a sale sticker on the tag) she just looked down, kept folding shirts and said “nope it’s not”.
Well that’s not very helpful, she could’ve been so much nicer, or she could’ve just explained to me that if it’s on sale it’ll have a sale sticker on the tag.
I work in the customer service industry and this was not the customer experience I was expecting here, especially when I spend the $$$ on the companies brand. Their job should include being nice and answering any of my questions with a positive attitude. I took the shorts and shirt that I WAS going to buy, put them back on the rack,...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store. The manager, Shelly, was more interested in flirting with another employee than assisting customers. This resulted in long wait times and a generally uncomfortable atmosphere.
To make matters worse, Shelly failed to remove the security alarm from my purchase, forcing me to make an unnecessary trip back to the store. I was also appalled when the employees suggested I return an item and repurchase it to get a discount – a completely unethical practice.
This store clearly needs better training and oversight. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a common occurrence and Shelly is discriminating Latinos so I urge corporate to send a mystery shopper to this location and take appropriate action. Polo Ralph Lauren deserves...
