Worst Customer Service ever. I am not one to complain, as a matter of fact I think this is the first negative thing I have ever posted. I went through the drive thru today and order 4 medium orange julius smoothies, the girl taking my order tells me she will have my total at the window so I drive forward. By the time she opened the window all of drinks had been made and she apologized for the wait, but their system had to reboot, I told her that was not a problem. She told me my total was $16 and some change so I handed her my credit card, she came back to the window and told me there credit card machine was down and did I have cash that I could pay with. Well, I don't usually carry cash with me, but I did have $7, she asked me if I would like to only purchase 2 of them since I didn't have enough cash for all 4. I kindly said no thank you and drove around to the front and went in and asked to speak to a manger. He came out and asked if he could help me and I said yes I would like to split the difference and get my order for my kids. He told me he couldn't take a 50% hit and that it would be cheaper for him to throw them in the trash, I again said I am willing to give you the cash I have so that you don't have to throw them away, and again he refused. I explained to him that I was patient and waited for his system to reboot and that when I ordered I was not aware that the card system was down and that I was willing to meet him half way and pay with the cash I had. He proceeded to tell me that this problem was not his fault and there was nothing he could do for me which in return I told him yes there was he could make me the customer happy and take my 7 dollars cash and let me have my order. He refused, I then asked him if he would rather get a bad customer survey than to just make things right and again he reassured me that this was not his fault and there was nothing he could do. I let him know that I am a nurse and if I didn't have the equipment I needed to save his life, that I would still have to. He told me I was being extreme and I told him that I would have to do my job and save the patients, just as he should do his job and make sure his customers are taken care of. It wasn't like my card was declined and I was asking him to give me free food, this was an error on there part. I understand that the card reader and was down and had I known that before I placed my order I wouldn't have ordered because I wouldn't have had enough cash, but since this all happened between the time I ordered and the time I got to the window to pay I feel he should have accommodate his customer instead of making me feel like I was in the wrong and that throwing away my orders was a better choice than just splitting the difference. I am a very disappointed customer as were my children who didn't get there snack. Had to go back into this location again today, because my credit card was charged for product that was denied me. Read moreThis is a great place to take the family out for a quick treat after a long day in the car or as a cheer up after a lost game. They do in fact have a drive thru and The kids are bound to love the ice cream. They are fast and efficient and most important they are friendly. I come here all the time and always get great service. I am glad that they also have more than ice cream and shakes. They don't have a big food menu but what they do have is good and it is a decent size for the price Unlike what seems to be most places these days. If you like to enjoy life a little or treat your self or a loved one this is the place to do it. The even have cakes that you can walk in and buy last minute if you need something on the fly. And unlike Mc Donald's that seems to always have a broken ice cream machine i have yet to experience theirs being broken. So if you are disappointed that the mc Donald's right next to it doesn't have a working ice cream machine you can always go right over to dairy queen and get a delicious treat that won't disappoint you. Read moreI never write reviews but this is rediculous. I ordered one small drink and ended up loosing 10+ dollars! Tony in the drive thru told me that my card was being rejected and proceeded to swipe it over 5 times (the whole time I'm getting notifications on my phone that my card is making transactions!) I told him I was being charged and he argued with me and continued to swipe. Another female employee came up and I asked her to get my card for me and she shook her head no and closed the window on me! ITS MY CARD AND I HADNT EVEN RECIEVED THE DRINK YET! it wasn't untill I had to show him my bank account and the charges he had made, which to me is none of his business! He told me to call in the morning and speak to the manager and the manager was a complete joke with attitude all around! I could not believe it.
