I wish I could say I had a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, this place was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a rough time. This restaurant is beyond dirty—it's downright filthy. Let me walk you through it.
First of all, the carpet was a disaster. Stains were scattered everywhere like they hadn’t been cleaned in yearss. The worst part? The smell. It was like a mix of old food, mustiness, and dirt that had been ground in for so long, it felt permanent. Every step I took seemed to uncover more filth. It was impossible to ignore.
Then, the walls. Oh, the walls. Covered in greasy handprints, smudges, and spots that looked like they had been there for years. The once bright colors now looked dull and dingy, like they hadn't seen a wipe down in ages. If that wasn’t bad enough, the chairs were just as disgusting. food spills, and an overall feeling of neglect. It honestly felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in forever.
But the real horror was the tables. I don’t even know where to begin. They had food caked onto the surface, sticky spots that should have been wiped down ages ago, and crumbs lodged into the crevices. It made me wonder how many other customers had eaten off these same surfaces without thinking twice. I was grossed out just looking at it, but there was no going back at this point.
The entire place felt like it was falling apart. There was no sign of effort to keep things clean or maintained. It was as though no one cared, or worse, no one noticed. I kept thinking to myself, “If this is what the dining area looks like, what must the kitchen be like?” I don’t even want to imagine. The thought of the same level of neglect in the place where they cook the food was enough to make my stomach turn.
In short, this restaurant is an absolute disaster. The filth is inescapable, and it’s impossible to enjoy a meal when you're constantly wondering what germs and bacteria are surrounding you. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If the dining area is this dirty, who knows what’s happening in the kitchen? Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. Read moreI would like to start off by saying that I was getting food for my parents, tonight 12/19/2020. I walked in, and this lady was at the counter talking to one of the staff about how she had covid and was in the hospital because of it. One of the staff asked how she was doing and she said it was still taking a toll on her. Now, I didn't know what she meant on "taking a toll", such as, was she still experiencing symptoms? She was hanging over the counter and was definitely not 6-12 feet away from this staff member. I walked out of the restaurant, unsure of if she was still experiencing symptoms or not. I called to say I was uncomfortable with the lady being in there and repeated back to another staff member what the lady had said. I asked nicely if she could possibly bring it out to me (I was parked right in front of the door), or even meet me at the door. She asked if the lady said she had Covid 19 and I said I was unsure if she still had it or not. But it was the fact that she was hospitalized and said Covid was still taking a toll on her. The staff member refused to even meet me at the door and said I needed to come in, despite what I told the her about not being comfortable. She told me to just cancel my order, and so I did. The staff member also was not being nice to me on the phone, and then hung up on me right afterwards. I understand the difficulty of this time during the Pandemic, but for someone to voice their concern about another customer in their establishment about Covid 19, and being dismissed like so, I am just baffled on what happened tonight. Read moreWe absolutely love eating here but the service is just getting worse. Waiters are rude and owners don't care about customer service. A couple of years ago we took my father in law to eat there and my glass was broken and chipped so I asked for another glass and the owner brought it over himself and put it on the table didn't apologize just put it on the table and walked away, we let it slide, another time we ordered out and they forgot some things so I called and the girl on the phone apologized and said it was her fault so when I went in to get what was missing there was a guy at the counter who argued with me about the order telling me that it had to be in the bag because they don't make mistakes. Well when the girl came out with my items that she had forgotten and apologized he didn't know what to say. Now on Friday we went in for dinner and thank goodness I was paying attention to my food because in my noodles or sesame chicken there was a DEAD FLY!!!!
