Shiba Boba Thornton — Restaurant in Thornton

I wanted to like this place. I’ve tried twice now and both times the order gets messed up. The first time they pretty much ran out of boba and handed me this drink with next to nothing in it. They were very busy and already remade my drink once for making the first one incorrectly, so I let it go.

When I went the 2nd time I showed them the picture and explained the issue. The lady at the front ignored it (didn’t talk to her manager) and then when I confronted her again, she told her manager who also proceeded to ignore me for another 5min because he was “busy”. There were 2 other people on the store and this manager was struggling to look busy (to blatantly ignore me) so I approached him directly and called him out. He said I should have stopped them last time they handed me that drink even though they were busy. He ended up giving me a very small credit towards my account and I walked out with what ended up being a watered down, mediocre boba drink.

This place has a really hard time listening and making correct orders and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a long time. Happy Lemon is 5min away and has way better tea...

This place was great, went there on a rainy day walked in and was perfectly warm and the employees greeted me and showed gratitude I felt immediately welcomed. Then I went to order they kept saying positive comments about certain items and complimented me on my choice they took my order and I went to sit down but to my surprise this boba shop had tons of merchandise such as Labubus Sonny angles Pokemon etc, which gave a nice touch to the store and made it feel alive they also had arcade games like the claw machine so tons of fun things in the shop. Also the music choice was fantastic was only there for like 20 minutes maximum and felt like I’ve been there for an hour or two. Not only was this boba shop fun to be in the drinks were fantastic I ordered a matcha boba if I’m not mistaken. So in conclusion shiba boba is the ideal boba shop if you or family and friends wanna hangout and just chillax this is the spot although the only and small downside is that they don’t serve any kind of food but that’s besides the point this place...

Sorry but ive tried every boba place in denver and the surrounding cities even pho shops and this place was not good at all. I gave them a chance twice and both times disappointing. The boba is not fully cooked it could be cooked a little longerand the drinks the proportions are wrong not the right amount of sugar or other powders or syrups. My son loves thai tea and even for him he said its the worst he tried. As more my first drink it barely had sweetness so lacks flavor. The second time we came we got some fruit drinks and there was barely any fruit flavor more of just a tea flavor and not nearly sweet enough.
