Ordered combination noodle bowl and spring rolls for takeout on 8/8/24. On the phone while placing an order, I asked how much each dish was. While picking up, I see that they also charged $.50 for containers for each item . OK, I should’ve been told that. Then guy at the register gives me a total. When I give my credit card, the total has changed -apparently they also charge CC fees, something that probably needs to be told to a customer before. I get home, food is mediocre. The egg roll in a noodle dish is stale, there’s barely any meat for $16 a plate. And then I got the spring rolls out. They were not even in the container, they were wrapped in plastic and thrown in a small paper bag. That’s what they charged $.50 for. What a rip off… PS. I included as much information as possible so the owner knows exactly who I was. I’d like to reply to the owner so let’s see the facts: did the owner tell me there’ll be Charge for each containers ahead of time?-no. Did I get charged for two containers and only had one container?- yes. Was I told ahead of time that there will be a charge for using credit card? (when I was already quoted total)- no. Upon checking my receipt And seeing all of those extra charges I wasn’t told about, was I happy?-no. Would extra two dollars deter me from getting my food, when I’m hungry and the food is right in front of me, or it would have made more sense to turn around and walk out on my food??-no Did the owner just accused me of lying but lied himself?- absolutely Just do better next time. If there are extra charges, you should tell customer ahead of time instead of giving three different totals and expect a customer to be happy about it. It also wouldn’t hurt to improve quality and quantity of food given to “to go orders”- I paid over $25 for 1 person!!! and that was...
Read moreMy family has been here many times. Our food was always great and up to par. That's why we always went there. Last dine in, there was a decrease in the amount of pho noodles and meat. We also loved that they had the garnishes that most pho places don't have. But the pho herbs and garnishes we recieved was not even enough for a person. We also had an order for Boba, and waited through the whole meal for it. It was not brought until we finished our meal, and had to go up to ask for the drink. Only for the server to bring the receipt and the Boba 5 minutes later and say, "Next time tip 15%!". I'm sorry but tip is based on service and NOT a REQUIREMENT, as quited, "Tipping is optional". Why did we not tip 15%? Our waters were not filled, servers were not friendly at all, they also rushed us to order along with the change in the quality of the pho. We put up with the unfriendly servers and the rush from them from before because my siblings and I work in the food service industry as well. We had tipped them based on their service before the server had brought the Boba. And he had the audacity to say that after his service? Hope they can improve their service skills and their quality now that it...

We’ve been coming to Pho 7 for years now, and it’s hands down one of the best pho spots we’ve ever been to—not just in Colorado, but anywhere. The consistency is what really sets this place apart. Every time we come in, the broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell it’s made with care and tradition. The noodles are always just right—not overcooked or clumpy—and the meat is tender and fresh.
Beyond the food, the staff here is incredibly warm and welcoming. They greet us like family every time we walk through the door. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a slow weekend dinner, they always make us feel right at home. Service is fast, but never rushed.
