The service tonight was nothing but terrible. To start off, I waited 15 minutes to even order, which isn’t the biggest problem because I was there during peak dinner rush, but 4 people in front of me should not take longer than 5 minutes. The lady starting off the entrees, was huffing and puffing all over everyone’s food, slamming her fists on the table, slinging food around as she scooping, talking smack about her coworkers right in front of us, and giving every customer an attitude. I’m surprised she wasn’t knocked out because of her behavior. While I was ordering, I specifically stated what I wanted - white rice, NO BEANS, and chicken - she scoops my rice and then goes “BEANS?!”, I said “no i said that” and she comes back with “so do you want queso or veggies or not”, in the most disrespectful tone. She slides my burrito over so hard it almost falls off the table and then it sits there, open-faced for many minutes before I was asked if I wanted anything else…by that point I didn’t even want the thing because it was cold by now. Her name was “Pugs” ????? I don’t know if that’s her real name but she damn sure...

I've reached out to Qdoba customer service every time there was an issue...and nothing has changed. This time I had enough, so I took my mini-burrito back to the store, showed the manager...and this was her response(s)... "The portions are the same, we just wrap them differently" - not true "The cost of ingredients has increased because of inflation, we are instructed to "portion differently" - not true "Customers have been spoiled by getting big burritos for years, we are now making them with correct portions" (aka smaller?)
Her story kept changing, and after her last comment, I couldn't take any more of the lunacy. This was completely asinine. I asked for the contact information of the General Manager or Franchise Owner to provide some feedback. Are they aware of what their team members are doing...and saying? Read moreI received very very rude service from Vicky Puggs. She was extremely rude when I first order and I said I have free chips and queso in my other rewards. She said rudely said now she has to wait until I order another entry purchase. I said i will come again in customer line and buy that with full entry she was very upsate to do do that. When I come again and ordered full entry for my burrito she charged me twice for my salsa Which I asked a side which should not be charged. I paid extra $4 and extra $2 for black beans for my burrito which I already paid full price.
Extremely rude behavior which was shameful infront of other customers. Other staff were friendly. I was ready to pay for everything but really disgusting of her. So so disappointed this kind of customer service. She should be never in place of customer handling as she was presenting herself very angry and rude. Not going again...
