They STRUGGLE to get orders correct especially online orders. There have been 4 separate times they have butchered my order. I'm not sure what happens between ordering and reading the order and making the food, but they need to hire more compantant readers or something. Today we ordered a sandwich with no kneader sauce and the lettuce had drippings of the sauce like they forgot and just switched the bread. Didn't include my child's sandwich in the order to all. I had to make her a sandwich at home. That's just today, honestly it has been way worse. I guess we're just masochists, because we keep going back. If you eat here order in person, because it's always fine in person. I hate to sound stuck up, but I have worked in food service, its not hard to read an order off a recipet and make it accordingly. Maybe corporate should look at the management at this location or maybe analyze who the line cook is. Something should change this place is worse than McDonald's with accuracy. Have a staff meeting it's so embarrassing to have such good food and such poor execution. I would just like to edit this in response to address Kneaders response to me: My first line was to email you all and no one ever responded. I wouldn't have even made this review if someone would have answered my email and addressed my concerns. You should also have a meeting about responding to people's complaints and concerns before it results in a negative review. Addressing it after the fact doesn't really feel as genuine/caring of your company. Y'all's food has sit down restaurant prices but your professionalism is dollar store.

If “zero” stars were an option, that would be my choice. I stopped here on my way home. Decided to go in. Two associates were at the door with a shopvac and a mop. The gentleman told me I could go “this way”. I told him I was fine, and walked straight ahead to the counter. Then as I am looking at the bread selection, the young lady steps in front of me. I didn’t say anything, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me “they have been trying to get this cleaned up all day”, and that is why he asked me to go around” (he didn’t ask me anything). I told him “If you do not want people to walk in, lock the door! “(if it were truly an emergency your customers would understand.) Needless to say, at this point I could not believe how rude he was. He then proceeds to tell me he was the manager, ( I didn’t ask). As I am now looking at the menu, he walks behind the register and asks to take my order. I order pay and leave. Never have I had a worse experience at a restaurant. And just to make this experience even better, this is what they call “soup”.Notice the spoon? Never ever again will they get my business.

My first visit to Kneader's was today, 6-20-2019. I ordered on-line for a co-worker and myself. We both ordered salads with chicken and 2 pomegranate berry teas. I picked up the order at the drive-thru. I was handed 1 tea & a bag with the salads. I asked for the other tea and she asked what kind. I got the missing tea & when I got back to the office and opened the bag (which was taped shut) we discovered we did not have any plasticware or napkins. (I had to walk to an establishment near our office to get plasticware.) Then as we got to our salads, we both ended up removing the chicken as it appeared old & brown (and not the 'good' kind of brown indicating a good cooking process.). We also realized we ended up with 2 different teas that were bitter as we were not given sugar or made aware sugar is not used. So we ended up pouring out the bitter & unsweetened teas. We spent $24.26 for a barely edible lunch. (Side note: one little salad dressing simply isn't enough.)

Usually when I go to Kneaders I am blown away by the cusine and bakery items. The customer service is usually spot on as well. What caused my one star rating is due to the disrespect, mouthy responces and attitude I received from three employees. I can understand a bad day but you are to contain that dealing with customers. The order wasn't correct and if you are going to pay for something you should definitely have it how you like, not to mention how does it become your fault when you frequent an establishment ordering the same thing everytime and it's incorrect. I think I know what I eat. Either way these three young ladies were absolutely rude and didn't understand the definition of costumer service, hospitality or accountability. The first young lady didn't take the order right or read it back for customer confirmation on accuracy. She absolutely didn't take responsibility for her mistake but insisted "YOU never ordered those items". However she had me repeat my self several times while taking my order. Once I had attempted to let the second employee know the order was incorrect I was repeatedly spoken over where my daughter had to jump in and tell her let my mom speak how can you say you are hearing her if you're not letting her talk. I was told by the employee she would correct my order she never returned. After being told that I would be helped by one employee a different employee who had absolutely nothing to do with the situation decided to stick her nose in with an absolutely distasteful attitude speaking to me in such a manner that is opposite of let me help you fix this. I told her I did not want her help because I didn't like her attitude and requested someone else. She proceeded to be rude and give cross looks. Eventually the Assistant Manager came and fixed it offering free items to make up for the mishap with my food. I kindly refused and let them know I am not looking for a handout or a free meal or a refund I would just like my food corrected with out the rude disrespectful attitude. I feel that you as a customer should not receive this treatment from the employees whom are getting paid by the contribution of your purchase. I had left a 10% tip which is divided up for the employees I didn't even ask for that back. I like the food at kneaders but can definitely do without the nasty employees. I want to thank both Managers for correcting my order and hope that they addressed their employees, all three employees behavior towards the costumer regardless of their(the employees) own personal opinion of the situation they are at work after all. This is a caution to anyone with expectations of good customer service from these spicific young ladies bewear of the young lady with glasses blonde hair in a bun she is not looking to listen or help you get it fixed and will indeed speak rudely with attitude giving the fake impressions of helping with a demeanor very contradictory. And the young lady whom is at the register typically wears pocahontas braids confirm your order with her before walking away although that's her job the fine print says although she is working the register she is not responsible for what you receive regardless if it's your usually and you paid for it. I wish I could leave names of these employees, but none of them were wearing name tags. Epic fail on your job description of CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, and...

What was up with Kneaders in the evening on Wednesday, July 24, 2019? We went there for dinner around 7:00 pm and were the only people there. Ordering was a challenge because the person at the register seemed new...that's ok...I can accept that and understand that it takes time to learn a new job. It would have been fine if that was the only thing that happened. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for our dinner. Had our order been misplaced? Other orders were going out the drive up window! They brought part of our order and it appeared my soup bowl order was wrong...a bowl of soup with 2 slices of bread? I waited to see if what they brought was actually part of my daughter's order, as she ordered a side of soup. 10 or more minutes later they brought the rest of our order, said that one of the sandwiches was made wrong and that's why it took so long. And yes, my order was wrong. She took my order back and brought out the soup in a container and gave me a loaf of sour dough bread on the side...isn't it supposed to be soup IN a bread bowl? Oh well...that's ok. Well, now we need a spoon for my daughter's soup, mustard for my husbands sandwich and a knife to butter my bread. None of these items are available at the condiment center so I had to go and ask at the counter...and wait. AGH...just so disappointing! The food was decent but the long wait and bad service just made it hard for me to...
