Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Thornton

Ziggi's is overall pretty good and they're the most conveniently located coffee shop near me so I wanted to make it my everyday choice, only they just can't do matcha. On the first day I ordered an iced matcha latte, the proportions were off and it was very bitter and a dark green. On the second day it tasted like a peanut butter cookie, I think it was the brand of whole milk used or something but it really masked the flavor of the matcha. I gave it a third try and there was very light ice (not by request), and tasted very watery. I feel forced to either change my favorite drink to something else, or drive out of the way to get what I like at another coffee...

I’m not from here, so trusting in my coffee is as important to me as trusting a new barber💈

The staff is always friendly and definitely aim to come back and try everything on the menu :D

My friends also enjoy the coffee, and ever since sipping from their favorites, they’ve reached a Nirvana only the right amount of caffeine Ignite! 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘

All the baristas here are amazing and I feel like they all really want to make sure you get a good drink, no matter how busy they are! You guys are stars!

But I wanted to give a huge shout out to Paige in particular, because she really goes above and beyond. She remembers my favorite breakfast and what to sub it with if they don't have it, she remembers my name, she double checks if I forget to order my drink sugar free... She's always just so, so pleasant and I hope that someone who manages her sees this and can give her whatever gold stars you have...
