Panda Express — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Bad experience at this location. The cashier lady working did not give me a tray when ordering for dine-in, she said they don't have any… The bottom of the plate was way too hot to carry, plus I ordered extra side orders and sauces and couldn't carry everything, so I told her no problem about the trays but I asked her to bag it for me instead, she threw the bag at me on the counter and said I'm not bagging it for you if you ordered if for here that's why I asked you , and I told her yeah but I didn't know you didn't have any trays ? She said well everyone else just carries their food with their hands !!! Then she refused to give me her name and even covered her name tag and threatened to call...

The lady in the front of the house named Elena was very rude to my husband when he was paying for our food. My husband was asking if one of the soda is cherry coke and opened it to make sure, the soda was half full and my husband asked Elena to put a little bit more. She grabbed the cup and filled it up to the top and angrily put it down in the counter. At this point the soda is over flowing in the counter so my husband asked Elena if she has napkin to wipe the soda cup and the counter, she point a box of napkins and she said “here” in the very rude way. What a disappointment experience at Panda Express, The Oaks...

horrible horrible service! they took way too long and the guy even sipped the foam out of my root beer! they poured the drinks so horribly and held up the line! they don't even know how to count change! they barely speak good english or something because i didn't understand them and they apparently took my money and "donated it to charity"! well NEVER EATING...
