Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

I am a Big fan of Sharky's restaurant's ...My favorite back in the day was the location,, located on Cahuenga ave and Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood CA. That location is still there and there is another location in Newbury Park CA. This eatery is in the Janns MALL in Thousand Oaks CA. Of all the years of passing by this location... I finally took the plunge...and decided why not"?? I stepped in and this location is very spacious,there is also a patio in the entrance. Second..the decorations for this restaurant are very nice. Initially I was going to buy a drink and go to the restroom.."?? Okay I had some petty cash... I ordered a kid's meal. That consisted of brown rice,black beans, chip's and quesadilla. I also purchased a Lemonade drink that was 3:50¢. I found a seat ..these are not regular plastic foam seat's... Wood and very tasteful finishing.. The site manager must have hired a Interior designer. Gave me the impression..that I was sitting in a rain forest setting. While I waited for my food ... I went to the restroom to wash up and let mother nature take care of business. Upon my return to my booth..I found my plate on my side of the booth. I have included many pictures... There is a mini bar..where they keep sauce's ♨️🔥🌶️...I prefer mild ..there is also a stall..that has slot's for the sauces and plastic lids. I've NEVER seen a location as nice as this one...Ever "!!! My meal was so delicious and my drink is one of their beverage blends that they sell. Please check out the stats... I most certainly will come back here... after enjoying my meal. I made another pit stop. The bathroom is really spacious..and it's somewhat cleaned. What I did take notice of is that the employees are always cleaning up.. That is very important..when you work in a Bar, Restaurant,Deli, Sandwich shop,Fast food. Customer's are they one's who bring in things. As I was leaving... I thanked them..and tipped a few dollars. So if you are ever in the Janns MALL..this is a spot that you must stop at...

Sharky's is a great place to eat lunch or dinner. They have a lot of options on there menu to choose from, even healthier options as well. Once you've ordered, every table gets a small basket of chips (which they will gladly refill). They have a wonderful free salsa bar with around 5-6 different kinds and levels of spicy salsas to choose from. The food is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. The only downside to this location is that the building is small and so it feels very crowded inside. There is a small, covered outdoor portion but it only has like 4 or 5 tables. Also if a line starts to form inside, like I stated, it feels very crowded and the line very quickly will end up going out the door due to the lack of indoor space. AN EMPLOYEE WAS SITTING BEHIND US AS WE WERE TRYING TO HAVE DINNER AND SHE WAS PLAYING HER VIDEOS ON HER PHONE FULL BLAST.
