Called to complain about the pink icing/ice cream on the cake. Itā€™s the worst tasting frosting. Itā€™s like eating a Costco rose off a cake. Maybe if they didnā€™t put so much dye in the pink frosting it wouldā€™ve been good. Pralines and cream is my favorite ice cream. But I have to scrape all the pink off of it and some of the ice cream so you donā€™t taste that bitter die. The manager wouldnā€™t do anything about it because we cut into it. How else would I find out what it taste like. The ore log cake was really good with the fudge type frosting on it. It was a waste of $30 for the cake. They couldā€™ of offered us some pralines and cream and ice cream in container to make up for it but they did nothing but said next time vanilla order.

So I usually I like coming here. We probably visit the location once per week and order the same thingā€¦. Peanut Butter layered Sundae. Tonight however I was let down. I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be returning anytime soon. My ā€œPeanut Butter Layered Sundaeā€ was nothing close to what it promised to be, or what Iā€™ve had in the recent past. Picture below is what I got vs. what they advertise. I understand that advertising pictures always look better than what you actually get but come on. This is a far from acceptable!

The girls working today had to repeatedly ask a group ahead of us to use their masks. They stayed so lovely and patient. When it was our turn, they didnā€™t show their annoyance or move us along quickly. Little did they know, this little girl had the worst day ever, but she was all smiles leaving because of the extra care they took to make her sundae magical. 10/10 would come back to this location even though itā€™s not on my way.

Worse experience I've had. Went in a week before to request a cake get done, requested a Teenage Ninja Turtle theme. Lady said they didn't have one in the book but could definitely get one done for me! Asked about the toys and if I had to provide any, she said they could take care of it and have done many of these before! Well, guess what?! On the day of my sons birthday to pick up, looked at the cake and it was green!? Nothing else but a green old cake! I mean, did they expect me to go home and draw the rest myself on there? Horrible! Had no special cake to show to our boy on his birthday. Was so upset and got our money back. I seriously don't know how clear I could have been about having them make a teenage ninja...

I just ordered a large milkshake via doordash and instead I recieved a $20 cup of chocolate milk.

And it did not melt on the way here because I live right down the street 1 - and 2 there was nothing but foam and liquid in the cup which means someone put too much milk in the blender and/or overblended it!

My point is they knew when they handed was supposed to be a milkshake to the dasher that they did not make it right. I could tell when I recieved the shake it was a cup of liquid!

I'm still giving 3 stars because this Baskin Robbins rocks. They just need to work on...
