I go in this store daily and usually it's pretty okay. Today I go in and they are way to busy. I get when you are busy you make mistakes its understandable but don't be rude about your mistake and then get mad at me when I ask it to be corrected. I ordered my usual, a Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, extra carmel and extra carmel crunch. They make the drink and when they call my name I am handed a small little thing. When I said this is not the Venti I ordered she snaps back at me and says it's a grande! I told her I paid $5.95 and she said yeah for a grnade. No sweetheart that is not a grande price. She snaps back about him making a mistake (venti sounds nothing like grande, but whatever). She is like do you want me to remake it? Yes please I paid for that. They literally put whip cream in the bottom of the cup and dumped the grande drink in a venti cup added more whipped cream on top amd handed it to me. So essentially I still got a grande drink and and some extra whip cream. I then take a drink of my drink amd realize there is no carmel crunch in the drink. I ask for a small cup of some so I can add it to my drink and she hands me a cup with a dime sized amount. They put more than that on top of the drink per the recipe and not to mention I asked for extra to be put on top and bottom. The rudeness of the staff today was beyond ridiculous and I am sorry you are busy and that you obviously do not want to be here but if you are going to work a job in public customer service then please have a good attitude about it. Read moreNOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! came in with a 25$ gift card...spent 23$...asked to add 25$ onto card....charged my gift card AND my credit card...then handed card back and said you have 3.50 on your card..raining line out the door...Jesse..manager was the most unfreindly, rude, making nasty faces at me..then voided credit card..charged 25 again on my card....credit and put 25 onto gift card....AND STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE FOOD... Jesse was SO RUDE AND NASTY...SOOOO UNFREINDLY...small strip mall store..will never step foot into...never once apologized...so I walked out after 18 minutes of Jesse being obnoxious with me and then wanting to charge me Again...i had to spend an additional 40 minutes on the phone with corporate starbucks to get my 23.25 $ back....man Jesse is the Most unfriendly, unhappy, rude, facemaking dude I have ever seen at a Starbucks...take a class in people skills cause...
Read moreIt makes me happy that Starbucks doesn’t discriminate against the LBGQT community. However, I wish they would also not discriminate against the handicapped community. We walked in and notices the handicap table was occupied by non-handicap people. My friend is obviously handicapped, and the designated table makes it easier for me to feed him/pour his coffee. The people sitting at the handicapped table were from corporate Starbucks, or at least district management. We used to come to this location a lot, but it seems like its now too big of a deal to give proper handicap seating. We will be going back to the other surrounding locations that serve all types of people, unlike this location. Also, aren’t business meetings done in offices?
