Raymond D. tossed my bagel at me. He didn’t make my frozen hot chocolate like I asked. He didn’t give a girl her latte like she asked. I waited 15 min to get my bagel and my drink. I asked for a frozen chocolate with drizzle or like the picture and he gave me a latte with only whip cream. I gave it back to him and asked him “Where is my drizzle?” He then said “okay” finally after waiting another 5 min he then tossed my bagel at me and said “You are a customer. We advise that you don’t act out like this. As you can see we are short staffed and are busy. Have a good day.” Then he walked away. I then was thinking to my self, yes I get it that it’s busy but don’t mess up peoples orders when they tell you specifically what my order is. Honestly one of the slowest "fast food" restaurants I've been to. Half of the time I've gone there, I've waited a ridiculous amount of time for my order. About a week ago, I went through the drive through expecting that I should reasonably get a coffee and sandwich in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, because they didnt have my order ready when I got to the window, I had to drive around and walk into the store, where I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich and coffee. The whole time, there was a girl eating behind the counter. No one was making sandwiches at all until after I asked 3 times about my order and the orders of a couple of other people who we're waiting. I understand that they were somewhat busy, but as someone who has worked in the food industry, and could see clear into the kitchen, it was apparent that the staff was very disorganized and were not all focused on their jobs. I literally come every morning. I have always gotten a bagel twist with cream cheese. The past month or 2. Literally every morning I come they don't have them ready. Then this morning I order a maple sugar bacon sandwich on a croissant and they don't have the croissant!!!!! I miss the manager opening. She had everything ready! Always great!
