LIST OF DOUGHNUTS AT THE END - - - The building is unassuming but the doughnuts/donuts are amazing. In California I strongly favored Randy’s Donuts but have had trouble finding a similar donut quality on the Space Coast. These are definitely as close as I’ve gotten and they scratched the craving that had been building since leaving the west coast.
Kim’s is currently experiencing a huge increase in popularity due to word getting out on the 321 Brevard Eats Facebook group. If you arrive and they are sold out, try again later at an earlier time in the day. There is a drive thru, but there is typically only one doughnut packer so expect some wait time. The staff are incredibly sweet and are working so hard inside.
I have compiled a list of the doughnuts typically being offered on any given day. Please note this is my list based on my experience and may not be an exact match for the store’s offerings or your personal experience. Use this list as a jumping off point to make your drive thru ordering easier as there is no doughnut list posted outside of the store or online. This location also appears to work with small businesses to create doughnut boxes as distribution to clients for marketing purposes.

Read moreWhile there is a new corporate chain in town with stale before they arrive in store products, Kim's doughnut's still rule Titusville. It was mid-afternoon the other day when we had a lust for something sweet, we went to that corporate chain as it was still open (Kim's closes @ 2pm) and won't go back. Just got back from Kim's and while the selection was a bit thin this late in the day, everyone is still around the box, cutting them in 1/2 so we can try all the delicious flavors with an ice cold glass of milk.
Yummy, locally grown Doughnuts !
EDIT: I will not subtract any stars, but I do agree with some of the other reviews that in their attempt to save money on unsold doughnut's at the end of the day they are costing themselves sales. By noon the selection is pretty poor. I seriously doubt the cost of throwing a bit of product at the end of the day is outweighed by the loss of sales and goodwill in having an empty display before the...
Read moreI really can't thank you guys enough for being here. This town wasn't the same without you. I remember coming here almost every morning before zero-block band class, clutching my trumpet, having taken the earliest city bus. I brought so many friends here, spotted them donuts since I was blessed to have a father who gave me a generous allowance, and laughed and joked with them endlessly about what part of which instrument needed to be shoved up whose ass... great times. Just thinking about it has my eyes turning red.
Anyway, I had a boston cream with a sausage egg and cheese muffin. They took really good care with that muffin, as the components were all equally hot, equally fresh, not soggy or greasy, and the cheese was fully melted. The boston cream was light and airy, with just a whiff of vanilla in the custard. To say far too little of the custard, it's as great as ever.
Thanks...
