Dunkin' — Restaurant in Toledo

So the people working didn't seem bad or anything, it just felt really tense. I wasn't greeted, and anyone after me that I saw wasn't greeted either. It took about 5-10min for me to order, which I still kind of understand because it's like the rush hour, especially before the sun is even up. The thing that made the whole thing a bad experience was the food and coffee. The sourdough bread sandwich tasted like bread. Even the bacon and egg. It just all tasted the same. No kind of flavor to it, and even the cheese was barely there. And the coffee was too tart as if it's old or burnt. At first, I thought it was all DD's, but there is a DD's off the turnpike that gets it right. I'm not sure what they do differently, but that burnt/tart taste isn't there. Wonderful workers, but it felt like business. It didn't feel personal. It was definitely a "get your food and get out" kind of thing. 10 minutes sitting at the counter waiting for an online order. Over a dozen people working and Never was acknowledged one time. Meanwhile, several cars are served through the drive through. While I’m standing there by the mobile order area. Nobody in line until 2 ppl come into the store and are served right away. It took an elderly man to tell them to serve me because he noticed me standing there for so long. My order had come through the digital print out before I even arrived and they sat there and ignored it then ignored me. Oversight maybe but acted like they did nothing wrong. Was very rude once I was finally taken care of. Horrible customer service! Door...

I always come here for my breakfast and beverages on my way to work. Today my coffee was awful. I get the same thing every time and I'm not sure what they did but I don't recommend getting iced coffee here. Everything else is always good but they either dump too much stuff in the coffee or not enough regardless of the number of pumps of syrup, sugars, cream or whatever you tell them it doesn't turn out good. Then if you order the standard for cream in a iced coffee they dump so much cream in it you can't even taste that there's coffee. Y'all need to do better when it comes to coffee. After all, I don't come here only to get fruity drinks this supposed to be a...
