Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Toledo

This Jersey Mikes is the worst ran and unorganized one I’ve ever been into the employees are also the not the most friendly either I think manager should be aware what goes on what goes on they’re not there. I came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch large which was not presented to me as your commercials advertise. I wanted to add to add some tomato, pickles and peppers on my sub.however, I did get that chance your employee just came from back tossed it on the counter and they gave me the total. They didn’t even cut the sub right anyway a giant is normally cut in four pieces it was cut directly in half I should’ve went with my gut instinct when they told customer in front of me that they wouldn’t make his sandwich the way he wanted so he walked out and followed but, Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich establishment. Now this has me doubting other stores as well. Overall for a 19$ sub I would gone to Subway or Jimmy Johns Needless to say I know for sure I will never step foot in this...

JerseyMike’s is under new ownership & things have changed. I went for a “deconstructed “ sub & was told the roll would be considered a “cookie” & I would be charged extra for it if all other ingredients were in a “bowl”. I asked if they could put the cheese on the roll & everything else in the container, that didn’tfly. I asked if they were charging me $1.25 for a container or the paper to wrap the bread in? I asked if I could bring my own container, nope. They kept saying, you want a “bowl” (apparently similar to Chipolte’s) & a roll, I said no, I want a sub with a roll & everything in a “to ho” container which i will gladly pay a small fee for; they just didn’t understand . I did this do we could enjoy the sub later & have done it numerous times in therecent past, so tge only explanation is new ownership. I left...

I feel bad for saying anything but honestly you should know before you go. So I usually order on Doordarsh and I've never had any issues. However. Ordering in. Huge issue. No one can hear each other. I didn't get the options I would on the ap. The man slicing meat was very much you get what your getting. The young man making my sub salt baed my lettuce which was kind of disappointing since it was a veggie. I understand normally it's like a side.
