I don't know why they have two drive through lanes. Every time we go there the drive through takes forever. This trip. We got our order taken quickly pulled up to the first window. No one was there. Waited a minute or so then assumed must just be using the second window. So pulled forward. Employee that delivers food is busy getting food ready. I get his attention and ask about payment, explain no one at first window. He takes my card and walks back to first window. In rearview mirror, I can see car behind me now at first window trying to pay. I know this bc they are trying to hand a card to the person at the window, who won't take it yet. A convo is being exchanged. I assume likely that since our order hadn't been paid for yet, that prevents the McDonald's employee from accepting payment for the other orders yet. I don't know that for sure but I know the car behind me waiting for something. Minutes go by and the food delivery employee comes back to second window and hands me my card and receipt back. He never verified my order so I hand it to my girlfriend to verify we got charged correct order. We did luckily. Now we wait another couple minutes before receiving even our drinks that are sitting right there by window the whole time. We both got medium cokes. The cups are see through enough that I can see one drink only comes up to an inch of top. The other has a good two to three inches of empty space. I have never seen that I think to myself. Usually fast food places especially McDonald's are filled to the brim that they often nearly overflow. I'm hungry and need to get on the road to Iowa asap. So I didn't say anything. Food we got was correct and tasted typical McDonald's. So that's good. The employees weren't rude or anything. I went through the drivethru today at 6:45 PM today, 07-12-2018 and my experience was nothing less than the worst service I’ve ever had in my life at any restaurant ever! The girl taking the orders was the most arrogant nasty sounding girl I’ve ever heard in my life. We asked for a triple cheeseburger meal and what ensued was about 5 minutes of I can’t do this I don’t know what he wants, we can’t do that sir, are you wanting a meal sir, are you sure there is that meal sir all in the nastiest tone I have ever heard in my life. After about five minutes of just trying to ring up a triple cheeseburger meal I finally gave up and asked to her three times for a number three meal with a medium vanilla iced coffee. The girl said to me twice so you want a meal, so you wanna meal, is that a meal or just a burger, I responded twice YES a number 3 MEAL!!! Even the manager had no control over what was going on in that drivethru, saying we can’t do that, there is no triple cheeseburger meals. I said we order them all the time here, you don’t have them anymore.... silence for minutes. The girl kept making very nasty comments that we could clearly hear over the microphone, I have been going to this McDonald’s for about three years and I cannot believe they have hired two people so arrogant and so non-caring about their customers. Like I said the absolute worst experience I have ever had ever! Thank God I was in the outer drive thru because I said forget this and drove off to the Mcdonalds at 6555 Airport Highway, Holland, OH, and got our order, Triple cheeseburger meals and a fish sandwich no cheese in about 5 minutes.

Read moreI waited in the drive through line for over 15 mins for no reason and my food was not right and cold. What kind of manger let's this happened.... Alright this is an up date. I went there to go get food thought to try dine in when it clearly says dine in open and they have their doors locked. The manager was extremely rude and complaining about her job. I will be calling again sense no one would pick up the phone in the morning. I want to speak to the owner because this is crazy to be a face food restaurant and takes longer then a sit down....... Another update I was hung up by a manager asking when a General Manager would be and the only excuse why the doors are locked is because they are short staff. Everyone is short staffed that isn't an excuse. If you as a general manager or franchise owner reads this yall need new mangers and staff because this is ridiculous and I don't see yall store staying open much longer if y'all treat...
