My family and I went around 7:30 tonight, and it wasn't busy. I ordered ice cream, and it was made incorrectly. When I asked for it to be remade, I was met with a rude response and annoyance. They remade it, and it was wrong again! My original ice cream was chocolate; they remade it with a twist. When I said this was wrong, too, the girl running the window continued to be rude and didn't offer to remake it and make it right, so I just drove away because at that point, I just assumed they weren't capable of doing it. Customer service isn't a priority to these young ladies at all. It's a shame because this location has been here a long time, and the owners deserve employees who are kind and capable of...

Been going here for yrs but today was the worse visit I've had there. I ordered ice cream cones and one of the worker made a cone talked and talk, sat down talked more all with one of my kids cones in her hand. At first I thought maybe she's on break and that's hers, nope it was mine. When I brought up how unsanitary it was the and I would never just hold someone food or drink and just talk all over it the black girl was puzzled and kept coming to the window trying to argue. I went through the drive-thru around 5:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The entire staff on duty was rude and displayed poor customer service. I witnessed them being disrespectful to multiple customers, including the person in front of me, whose root beer float was made incorrectly and began overflowing. Rather than correcting the issue, the employees laughed in her face.
