I love that I drove up there, went through all that craziness in the parking lot, paid $11 for a meal just to get home, open it & be greeted by this lovely hair in my box. Tried to call & they don’t answer the phone. Would love the manager to contact me about a refund. Update: the manager did answer my third call & was very nice about getting me a refund & apologized for the inconvenience. However, after hanging up we opened our second box & there’s a hair sticking out of the Texas toast. Called& talked to someone else who also was very nice about the refund & said she’s gonna figure out what’s happening in her kitchen. Second update: Went to get my refund. A very nasty rude “manager” named Maria said they don’t do refunds, despite 2 other managers telling me to bring my card back for a refund. Not one person has a hairnet. Maria says they’re only required to wear hats but I’m pretty sure the point of a hat is to have your hair tucked in. Not hanging out the back & flying all over the place like hers was. Hairy food & terrible customer service. Will Never be back here! I did call the corporate office & spoke with a very nice man who told me to expect my refund in 5-7 days.

What a wonderful experience it was to have lunch at the newly opened Raising Cane's in Toledo! It truly pays homage to the rich history of this remarkable city, and discovering those connections made the visit even more special. The meals were prepared with remarkable speed, which is commendable, though I must admit, it was a relatively quiet time when we dined. I must mention that the abundance of staff present during our visit was a bit overwhelming at times, almost making me feel like I was being watched from all directions. But let’s talk about the meal itself—it was absolutely fantastic, just as one would expect from this beloved chain! However, I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down by the meager portion of sauce provided. One little cup for four delicious chicken fingers simply isn’t enough to satisfy that craving! When I asked for another cup, I was surprised to hear they charged me 39 cents for it, explaining that it was made in-house. I’m a bit skeptical of that claim, especially since a competing restaurant nearby offers a much more generous selection of condiments. It’s these little details that can elevate the experience from good to truly unforgettable.

Ordered the three finger box, the chicken is very good, I like whatever they use for the breading on it. Crinkle fries are solid with a good crunch, and the piece of Texas toast was buttery and went well with other items. For a quick lunch I highly recommend! The only negative I have is music in the eating area is a bit loud.

Chicken plain. No seasoning. Fries soggy! Toast doesn’t look like how its advertised on menu at times. Chicken size are small like kids meal size chick fingers. Only time they give you a decent size chicken fingers as advertised is if your dining in only! At this location and the one off monroe st. Holland location seem a little predjuice towards black people. I paid for my order with real $50 dollar bill. They guy arly counter marked with marker to see if it was real and hold it up to the light. Really uncalled for doing all that. O bet if i was white he wouldn’t ofve did that. Im a grown woman with high school children. Please stop playing with me! I work hard...
