Scramblers — Restaurant in Toledo

This is the second time I've been to Scramblers the first time bad service ordering out the girl got upset because we had gave her $100 bill. When I went to Scrambler's yesterday we ate in the waitress complained the whole day talking about how bad the whole day had been and kept saying I can't wait till today is over oh what a day is all she did gave me heartburn then when she brings my food out she literally threw my food which was the pancakes were they slid in the butter fell off of the pancakes and the pancake shifted but went back on the plate. In my mind I'm thinking she's going to come and clean up the butter that she knocked on the table no she did not she brought me some napkins and was like wiped that up these are the most ignorant dragging-footed people. When I met the black girl with the $100 issue I just figured she was one ignorant person that they had working there but now I see the attitude is through the whole store because you get two people with bad attitudes so they are a bunch of miserable people working making the customers miserable by listening to their complaining and murmuring I still left her a tip. My pancakes were kind of burnt on the other side I didn't even eat most of them I took it out to take home and feed to the dog and my appetite had been cured by the time I listen to all her complaining and the way she treated me yesterday didn't even clean up and even when she came and picked our plates up she dropped the napkins all over on the table next to me that had two women sitting at it and didn't even come back and pick that up I picked it up this was very sad and this generation has no...

Nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. Fast and friendly staff. Lots of parking and seating available.

I love my breakfast sandwich and they had four to choose from, most restaurants might have one if any. The one I chose was delicious with eggs and bacon hanging out of the sandwich. Hashbrowns were cooked perfectly!

Several omelets and scrambles are available with lots of different choices to fillings. Cooked to order served very fresh.

Another team member brought out our food so it wasnt sitting under a heat lamp. Staff was very attentive to us with refills and special requests like ketchup, hot sauce and napkins.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was different then other restaurants that I have ever been to. The floor is set up in different levels which is very nice for looking out the windows to watch traffic drive by. Very roomy and nice your not sitting right on top of each other. Some places sit you almost on top of each other.

The portions are kind of on the large size, can always take home what you can not eat. Definitely very good value for the amount of food you receive.

I am leaving 2 stars because my husband absolutely LOVED the coffee and they have hollandaise on the menu. Our server was very nice and fairly attentive. But even those things are not enough for us to return. I am a hollandaise fanatic and I love Eggs Benedict. I had the harvest Benny and it was ok. The english muffin was soggy from the sauteed veggies and it was light on hollandaise sauce. You should be able to have hollandaise on every bite of your Benny not just 2/3 of it. I could only taste the garlic in the spinach. My son's biscuits and gravy was gross. The gravy had to come from a can. If it did not come from a can I applaud the kitchen for replicating that canned gravy taste. You should really strive to have better gravy than what is served for free in a hotel lobby. My husband had the Westgate skillet. He said the chorizo really did make it good, but it needed more than 3 small bites of chorizo with the large mound of potatoes. Lastly the iced tea was a little odd to me. I wasn't expecting a floral taste to the tea. It was if the mixed herbal tea into what is normally just some variety...
