Worst Experience Ever at Chick-fil-A â Unacceptable Service and Attitude
Iâve always appreciated Chick-fil-Aâs reputation for great service and quality, but my recent visit was an absolute disaster and one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had. I feel compelled to share my story to warn others and hold this location accountable.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered four Chick-fil-A sandwiches, four large fries, and 10 sauces, totaling $32 and change. At the window, I was handed a single bag that appeared full, so I trusted everything was there. When I got home, I was shocked to discover only two sandwiches and two fries were included. I hadnât eaten any of the food, as I immediately went back to the restaurant to address the issue.
When I returned to the drive-thru, I calmly explained the situation to the first employee and requested that my entire order be remade. Since the food I had was now cold and unacceptable to serve, a full remake seemed like the fair solution. She walked away to check with management and returned to say theyâd only replace the missing items, not remake the order. I politely protested, but she insisted it wasnât up to her.
I moved forward to the window and encountered a manager, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. I restated my case and produced my receipt, but she smugly told me theyâd only provide the missing items, ignoring the fact that I now had cold food sitting at home. When I asked to speak to the person in charge, a male shift manager came to the window and repeated the same unhelpful spiel.
At this point, I admit my frustration boiled over. I raised my voice and expressed my anger with the refusal to fix their mistake. They had now failed to provide my full order not once but twice. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager threatened to call the police on me for voicing my dissatisfactionâa move that was not only unnecessary but insulting.
Ultimately, I left with only the missing items and an intense sense of frustration and disappointment. Iâve never experienced such a lack of accountability or professionalism from any restaurant, let alone one that prides itself on customer service.
This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never return to Chick-fil-A again. I hope corporate leadership sees this review and takes action to retrain the staff at this location. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes all the differenceâand this team failed miserably.

   Read moreI submitted a review on the app because I didn't want to put a bad review on their website. My food is usually ok and I try not to put bad reviews out there but I needed to today because I am getting tired of coming up here with these kids working and they really don't want to work.

Madison took my order and she was not her best today. She was rushing me to order. I couldn't see the little menu and asked her to pull it closer and she seemed to have an attitude when she did it. When I asked about how much my gift card took off my order she told me to go to the girl in the tent to deal with my issue.
Mind you she was very helpful and did an amazing job trying to get my gift card issue handled. I then went to the window and I couldn't get a word out before my food was basically thrown at me and told to have a good day. I asked the guy who I thought was the manager for more sauce and he gave me some but everything was rushed and with major attitude and that's not how I normally see it. I spend lots of money at this place and should be treated with respect and not thrown a kale salad thinking that's going to shut me up.

Now, do you know for the disrespect I endured today. I was offered a kale salad or a fruit cup. Y'all need to stop hiring disrespectful kid's with attitudes to run the drive thru. I spend lots of money with Y'all and Y'all just sweep it under the rug....
   Read moreIf you want to be in line for 20+ minutes when there's barely any cars in line just to get a simple order then this is the franchise you go to. The service is always slow. I know that in the morning every place gets busier than usual but these people are the slowest ones l've found in the area and even though they know they took forever they don't even apologize or strive to do better the next day. It's truly upsetting because I always regret going through their drive thru to get my order, specially in the morning. They always get your name wrong, add pickles even though you ask and re-ask and they even confirm and then confirm again and still get it wrong. They ask you to repeat yourself 5-6 times because they can't hear you due to their equipment. Plus, one time after getting home I found several pieces of chicken mini that were raw inside. They supposedly put my name in their "recovery list" but when I asked for it somehow they couldn't find my name anymore. On top of being incompetent their staff acted as if I was lying even after an unnecessary 8 minute speech from the manager on how their corporate works. I asked them to just ring up my order since at that point wasted so much time already so I can finally leave and they took FOREVER just to service the 2 cars in front of me. This place is a mess!!
