The customer service is terrible. I understand this location gets quite busy, however, the lack of customer service is terrible. The past two times, I have stood in line (at the register , first in line) for over 10 mins without being greeted. I had to ask “excuse, me, I haven’t been helped yet.” “Oh we are sorry didn’t see you there.” The first time they completely forgot my drink order -I order a plain hot green tea The second time they slid the iced coffee over almost tipped it over and the woman rolled her eyes and turned away. Working in a fast workplace is difficult I have experience myself, however, it is incredibly important to at least greet your customers, check in with them let them know “Hey! we will be with you shortly. Sorry about the wait. Heck! SMILE! Say have a great day.” Etc… This location has gone completely down hill and it’s a shame. I miss the other crew that actually seemed to care about the customers experience. To note: This trip was rather special one for myself— I’m in recovery and recently experienced a death in the family within the last two weeks. This was my first outing on my own and even though it’s only a green tea, it was a treat to myself for making it through another day, another week. I’ll be choosing a different location going forward. It’s not worth 30 minutes out of my day for 1-2 beverages and crappy...
Read moreWent into the store to get a cup of coffee. I asked for a Grande Blonde roast black. The barista says "that's going to be a pour over, is that okay?". I say "perfect", pay for the coffee and leave a tip. I move to the other end of the coffee bar to wait for my pour over. Then, I see the barista Clandestinely draw me a cup of pikes from the urn. She see's me watching her do this and tries to play it off like that coffee was not for me except, I'm the only person in the store and there is no one in the drive through. Eventually she hands the errant coffee off to another barista who brings it to the counter. When I asked the original culprit "what happened to the pour over" she say, "Oh, I had some blonde roast left in the urn". B.S. She was just to lazy to make a pour over. Beware, you don’t get what you pay for at...
Read moreI'm a loyal Starbucks customer, and expected the service that I know and love from Starbucks around the world. I didn't find it at this location.
There were no other customers in the store when I arrived, yet I had to wait at the counter for someone to serve me for a solid two minutes. In the long run, it's not a long time, but Starbucks baristas don't usually ignore their customers.
I probably would have forgotten about the issue had I not later overheard one of the baristas comment that they should make it a policy "that we should ask chubby customers if they're sure they'd like that venti." The comment was not made quietly, and could not have been missed by customers who probably fit the description he had in mind....more than one of whom was holding a venti-sized...
