AVOID ABC WAREHOUSES!!! Especially on Reynolds Road. Toledo Unless you want to be ripped off and buy a non-working appliance. My mother bought a brand new in the box refrigerator 2 1/2 weeks ago. It is NOT freezing and the refrigerator part doesn't keep anything cold. We called the store - got told by Keith/Kevin 'call the 1-800 #' so we did, got told to call the store they deal with that. Did the online thing, got told end of November. She paid for the warranty fo5 5 frickin years - it will take these idiots 5 years to get their head out of their asses to figure out who is fixing this!! I called corporate 2 times (10/14 in the morning, the again at 4:30 pm) go told it would go to the heartline. Like that is gonna do anything!!! Now I left a message AGAIN for Joe Brewster (just kept pushing buttons til I got somewhere) - voice mail. ABC is nothing shy of a joke!! Don't go there. Their stuff is crap - new my ass! My mother is living out of coolers for her food - they don't care and they said 'we can't help you once it leaves our store' ya mean junk yard of overpriced appliances. We have a date of October 25th but she is probably having to pay that out of pocket for something that has a factory warranty and a 5 year thru ABC Warehouse!! They don't stand behind their products and only are out for the mighty dollar as long as it doesn't affect their paycheck!! She had her heart set on going to ABC Warehouse on Reynolds Road since, that's where her & my Dad went for appliances so, ABC it is. We walk in and a Salesman by the name, Greg, greeted us and asked if he could help us. After telling him what she was looking for, he explained and showed us different options. Not once, pressuring us into purchasing anything which, I appreciate. Mom, didn't want to be all day so, she made a decision and Greg took care of her. Three weeks or so later, her refrigerator went out. Mom was busy so, I was ordered to go back to ABC and talk to Greg, not knowing if he was even going to be there. I walk in and there was Greg on the phone with another customer so, I'll wait and take a look at refrigerators. I'm browsing and here comes Greg. I reintroduce myself and remind him of our last visit. Of course, he remembered us and I proceed to tell him what my Mom was looking for. After conversations, measurements and phone calls to Mom, Greg got online and found a refrigerator that would fit perfectly in the space, YAY! He asked when did she want it delivered and I said, yesterday, lol. I knew that wouldn't happen but, Greg said, we'll do the best we can so, he asked the Manager to see what he could do for delivery. The Manager got into their system and said, it'll deliver the next day. Really now, I said. Greg told me that, he'll double check the delivery date in the morning and let us know if there are any issues. Next day, ABC delivered the refrigerator! Read moreWe were in there to buy an advertised kitchen appliance pkg. We had the pleasure of working with a very friendly and helpful sales lady named Makenzie. It was only her 2nd day in appliances so she was asking others for help. No problem they helped with what they knew. It is not any sales persons fault that the training lacks in this store. The mgr Matt was rude, unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering him by being there. The longest wait was at the register because she was not trained in how to use 2 credit cards to pay for 1 transaction. We needed the right orpheus for the stove. First person told her we dont have them in stock. Nobody knew what to do and they all acted skiddish to ask the mgr. She went and asked him and he stomped up to the counter grabbed a box off the floor by the wall and slammed it on the counter and said here it it. Took off stomping back to where he had been. My husband had to go ask if there was a charge as one guy said we had to pay for it since the manufacturer didnt provide it. That did not make me happy. Mgr told my husband it is free and yelled across the store that there was no charge for that. He gave us a weird smile and went back to what he was doing. I talked the cashier through the transaction so we could leave. Nobody else knew how. Again, lack of training.
