My 3 year old and I had never been here before. We have several pets and a fun, big kid, father/husband at home. She's used to some chaos at home. It was overwhelming for the both of us because it was pretty loud in there. She did have a bit of a meltdown from being afraid of the characters on stage. I tried taking her to the bathroom to talk to her about it in a quieter place and it was still pretty loud and overwhelming. She wanted to go home and clinged to me. She did calm down and get distracted by the games. By the end of her friends birthday party a couple hours later, she was dancing with the characters on stage but freaked out a bit about the mouse walking around. As a first timer I did notice that not only did I have a difficult time figuring out where to order a drink, food, snack, game play or ticket redemption but others that have been there before were also confused. There didn't appear to be any proper signage indicating where a line and for what began. I felt awful for the employees behind the counter because they appeared to be flustered, overwhelmed and not sure who to help first. I've worked at an arcade before so I totally understand how challenging it can be. We had clear lines, signs and direction to help us help guests and it's a win win. I am compassionate and understanding because it's not the employees fault. I know myself and I know that it's challenging for me to take my "tweek things hat" off. Overall, after the meltdown and convincing my 3 year old to get a mouse drink to feel better, she enjoyed her first arcade experience with her best friends. I enjoyed getting to experience something so special with she, her best friends and my best mom friends. She thoroughly enjoyed the paw patrol game and was slightly confused when the game kept spitting out a bunch of tickets. By the end of celebrating her best friends birthday, she didn't want to leave and since that day she keeps asking to go back. I do HIGHLY recommend setting the thermostat at a comfortable temperature. I was sweating so bad that it looked like I had pee running down my legs and pouring off of me. It didn't feel like the air conditioning was on at all. I heard the same thing from other people in our group. It was 90°+ outside. The appeal of seeking inside entertainment is to get out of the elements instead of being...
Read moreTo sum it all it, it is on average $50 for 2 and a half hours for one child and one adult. Extra kids I would add average $50 per kid. This will include a 2 hour wristband pass for your child to play on any games including the ones strictly for tickets. The other half hour I use for eating which honestly the food is not that great. There is a salad bar, all you can eat for $10. The fountain drink machines were out of ice or running low and 50 percent of the beverages provided in the machine was strictly water to carbonated yuck water. The visual representation of the machine just looked quite sad and I can tell that the pop heads and the drip trays were not all that clean. The salad bar looked semi clean and the bathrooms were actually pretty clean. The guy running the birthday part of it really did a good job in trying to be lively, he did better than the person dressed as the mouse. The other thing that was weird to me was that you had to feed your own tickets into the machine and receive print outs to hand in for prizes. Nickel World I believe counts their own tickets still. But it was a pain. I would say about 80 percent of the games in there gave out tickets and out of those 80 percent, half were just machines built for tickets. So basically if you wanted to just deplete the machine of tickets you can scan your pass and push a button or pull a lever and you may receive tickets. For actual games it was disappointing. I would say that you have around 45 minutes of excitement, running around from machine to machine and then it gets boring. After you play the game a few times then there really is nothing new. Air conditioner was nice. The overall appearance of the place was dirty and dingy. With the exception of one employee, they all seemed to hate...

"This place is probably the best Chuck e cheese location I have ever been to. It felt like being in nostalgia when you were there and it was really cool seeing some other people there the parents even playing games with their kids and the atmosphere you just felt like it was perfect 😎
I even tried my Paw at some games and I didn't do too bad even aside from that I had an absolute blast playing them 🐶
The staff here is absolutely fantastic and very cool you think that you might look over your shoulder one time and see them playing games as well because they are fans of everything in there including the animatronics.
I highly recommend this place to anyone to go there and have a good time and have a great meal
They also take excellent care of the machines in the stage looks fantastic one of the best I've seen
