I always activate my Mondays 100 Xtra points and today it did not activate for some reason. I opened the app later in the day and clicked activate to see if it would add to points to my earlier order, it did not. So I called and the guy told me I did not activate it till 1pm and my order was at 5 am (by the way it was only 11am when I called) and if I did I didn't wait the 5 min you apparently have to wait before you order to be able to use. NO where does it say wait 5 min. Basically I'm out out luck, but hey I can use next Monday. There is always a new one on Monday so it REALLY doesn't matter. I am a frequent user of the app, almost every day and 2 X's on the weekends. Are you kidding me that I can't have my Xtra 100 points. I'm actually very upset about this. With the price of their coffee and inconsistency in making them the same, I'm seriously considering going back to Starbucks. A shame to lose a customer you won over for 100 points. But that is the choice this corporation is making. But I'm just one of all their customers, I guess I really don't matter...

Always only one person working and always a line except for today when I went there and there was no line I walked up to the counter and stood there for 10 minutes while the lady was in the back and never even acknowledged me once! Until I got fed up and said "are you guys just not taking orders right now?" to which her response was "I'm working by myself!" which is not my problem but it's not entirely her fault either to be honest it's the owners fault for not providing their staff and business with the things they need to succeed.
You have just lost the business of a customer that buys Dunkin twice a day every day and I guarantee I'm not the only one. I'll make sure I'm contacting dunkin corporate to let them know about this and many other food health safety concerns I've witnessed here too!

I even smiled at the lady working behind the counter and she stared at my like she had forgot how to smile back. The short kid working the register never said a peep until I placed my order. It actually confused me a bit because I had never seen such a lack of care in a work place. These people obviously showed not only do they not care about their job(hate it is probably more accurate) but also don't care about customers or repeat business. I will just go to the QT down the road and get a better, fresher donut and coffee. Maybe if you smiled and greeted your customers they could look past your also stale donuts. There is a reason this Dunkin Donuts is rated well below all other local chains. I will never return or recommend to anyone.
