The Buffalo Spot - Tolleson — Restaurant in Tolleson

I'm one of many drivers who uses the Door Dash platform to make deliveries. Like many others, I am one of their Top Dashers and have been utilizing their app for a few years now. Tonight, I had a batch deliver (two p/u), here and the other at Smash Burger, S.B.,. FIRST IMPRESSION - I asked the young gal who received me at the counter if S.B. was nearby anywhere, as she was handing my delivery order, she waved both hands up made a circular motion said, "Nowhere in the surrounding area!" BAD INFO - I turned around to exit and saw it was directly across the street. SECOND IMPRESSION - After handing me the order she asked me to confirm the order. I told I would but needed to make sure everything is here, "No drinks okay," I said. I asked, "Are the 3 dressings in the bag?" She said, " Just confirm it, everything is there!" Then, again with her back to me and now in the behind the second counter, she said, "JUST CONFIRM IT!!" I just stood and watched as she yelled at me, looked back over her shoulder and kind of gave me a shrug! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE USUALLY THE MOST MEMORABLE MAKE IT A GOOD ONE! I feel we are The Buffalo Spot and Door Dash last defense to be sure we make a good impression with the customer, so let us all do our best and work together to provide stellar service each and every time! In my experience, if the customer perceives that the service is bad they are not going to enjoy the food no matter how well it has been cooked. I tried to call back 3x after I left the store to speak with the gal, I think the lady called her Anica or Erica, but the first time it kept ringing, the second whoever answered hung up on me and the third time the I received an automated response that said the line was busy. My first instinct is not to go back to this place, but if you do....

To start, I want to make it clear my review is not because of my experience alone. I am in agreement with Google to review places I visit on a beta program. I have been reviewing businesses for several years now. Now, I must say I'm disappointed. The atmosphere left me wanting. I hoped it could provide a better place to enjoy the sports while eating as it advertises. The furniture is in line with not letting the guests get too comfortable so there's no desire to stay for the entire game. This I can forgive. What can't is the filthy restroom. They had no paper available for toilet protection and the rolls were scant. The sinks, toilets and floor had a film. Obvious no one cleans in there at the end of the day. If I had seen this befor I paid for my order I would have left then. The biggest issue is how rude the employees and manager are. To everyone. Very impersonal. No smiling or genuine customer service. After standing in a disorganized line ( due to the poor set up) for longer than I can believe I didn't leave right there too, they lost my order. I had to remind them. You'd think they'd expedite my order after that? No! They didn't . They finished helping others THEN made my order AFTER as well. No acknowledgement what so ever! I will never go back to that ever again. For the prices as outrageous as they are and the nill ambiance definitely I expect more. The food isn't so great either. Just average. The grease they fry the food in needs changing and should be fried separately from other foods. I.e. French fries not fried with chicken...

My husband and I first came during the grand opening. There were so many people, i'm glad we decided to stay. The line moved very quickly. The atmosphere was perfect. it wasn't chaos at all. We waited about 10 minutes for our wings (which is fast considering they are made to order, and they were busy!) everything was so delicious! I have never had fries with little mini wings on them before. mmm! the sauces, the ranch, everything was fantastic. We have been back several times now and its still one of our favorite spots. The manager goes around to every table making sure everyone is happy. You typically don't see that in this type of restaurant. I really thought that was nice. I recently just tried the strawberry shake. GET IT! its so yummy! different from any other place I have tried. I've gotta say, this place is ran really well. its very clean, employees are prompt and knowledgeable, the managers are very friendly, and of course the food...delicious!...
