I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. The rice is consistently hard, no matter what time I go, which really impacts the overall meal quality. On a positive note, the steak is always cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful.
I usually tend to avoid this spot at night because the service slows down, and orders often seem off. It feels like they’re running out of steam, especially with the lemonade never being refilled and utensils running low. It almost seems like, since they’re closing soon, they just don’t bother refilling items.
That said, I can see the staff is trying, but they appear overwhelmed, and it often looks like one person is trying to juggle everything. I think this location could really benefit from better staffing and preparation, especially during the evening hours.
I took a chance & went earlier around 8 something. Ordered in person. There was a line so I waited. There were also 4 food delivery servers waiting. Everything looked good and it was a little line I waited in but it wasn’t too long bc someone came and sped things up. The lemonade was gone, so no drink for me bc the fountain I wasn’t interested in. I checked out, no forks but 3 spoons left. I took two and a handful of napkins. Got home & realized the sour cream they put on the side they forgot to put in my bag, & I didn’t realize it bc I was moving down the line. I opened my food and began to eat and there’s the hard rice.
I’m dissatisfied, disappointed and not returning back to this location no matter what time it is. Being short staffed is understandable, but I have patience to wait on good quality and service. I’m tired of wasting my time & money coming here paying for food I can’t eat. In the photo you can see some rice whiter than normal & less see through. Pissed I wasted my whole meal and just picked the steak out. Chips I...
Read moreI was extremely impressed with my overall experience with all of the staff at this Chipotle. For being a Thursday night it was packed. The line was constant & all the way past the door. Online orders were in & out as well. Despite the heavy traffic of customers, the team had a great atmosphere & welcoming vibe. Everyone corroborated so well together, communicating with one another while also being kind to the customers. They were working fast, but they were not rushing customers. I was watching them in line & in “aw” of their teamwork. I was kindly greeted by Julie while she made an online order she let me know she saw me with a smile & said she would be right with me. Ryan was kind & attentive helping with veggies, he double checked all online orders to make sure they were correct. He verified with Martina that the receipt reflected the right order# on the bowls. Again, great communication! I saw the cook Albert communicating with front about how low meat & beans were. He was cutting meat continuously prepping & cooking. Then I heard Sarai ask if Albert was okay, did he need help. I was seriously blown away by the good vibes. Lastly, Martina was so sweet to check me out. I let her know I wanted everyone’s name because it was seriously that important to me to acknowledge this team tonight & personally thank them! She smiled so big & thanked me for thanking them! You never know what someone is going through personally & honestly they may not know it, but just seeing them laugh & work well truly inspired me. Im a communications major & I was blown away by this team! Great job you guys! You deserve praise & a raise;) God Bless. (I left review on chipotlefeedback but it didn’t allow me to be specific in my character amount. So here is my...
Read moreFirst impressions included clean floors and tables, music volume was just right, and food line pace was moderate to moderately fast. I was not too impressed with the rice cooker as it was caked in char, needs a grill brick and some elbow grease. I did not see the grill guy trying the food but I would recommend he add more salt to the chicken. Tort station was clean, stocked and I was given a healthy portion of rice. It appeared each serving of meat was at or slightly above a 4oz serving so that was refreshing to see. The salsa station was where things got a little sloppy. When I first walked in while I was standing in the back of the line, I told myself I would order a burrito if the same guy was rolling as his skills seemed above average, his roll and tuck was on point. However, since the sour cream was not properly stirred, it came off the spoon in a big chunk instead of a smooth line down the middle. To compensate, he had to roll the burrito unevenly causing all the sour cream and cheese to gather at the bottom of the burrito. Poor initiation which led to mediocre ingredient dispersion. I think if it wasn’t for the double chicken the roll would have been easier but that’s def not an excuse. All in all, it’s not my favorite chipotle but definitely not my least favorite. The cleanliness was appealing but the burrito construction and therefore rolling...
