I visited this location 9/19/25. Store 10390 around 10pm. The manager on duty ruined my appetite. She was very snappy at the team members when they asked for assistance saying “I can’t be everywhere at once”… the manager offered to help me and I asked if there were fresh veggies Because the ones ready to serve were burned. She said no and that they weren’t making more Becasie they are going to close. That was fine. I asked for a few minutes to think of an alternative and she had the audacity to state “Well I’m still going to be the one to make your food”, as if I lied about wanting time to think and had a very “matter of fact attitude”. She treated me and her subordinates as if we were beneath her. She needs to be retrained :( added my receipt as proof of visit

Really enjoyed my bowl at Cava—the spicy lamb meatballs were packed with flavor and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. I went with pickled onions, corn, avocado, and the garlic dressing (they were out of the tahini vinaigrette), and it all came together really well. Only downside was the portion—at first, they only gave me three meatballs, which felt pretty stingy for the protein. I had to say something just to get a more reasonable amount. Thankfully, the staff fixed it quickly, but it was a bit of a surprise. That said, the food was still delicious and I’d definitely come back to try other combinations. Just hoping for a little more consistency with portions next time.

I was looking forward to trying this new eatery, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When I asked about the dipping sauces, the employee gave me a dismissive look and couldn't explain what the flavors were. I wasn’t told what I was being served, which made the experience confusing. Additionally, I later found out that my bowl came with a complimentary pita bread. Everyone before and after us received theirs, but my family was not offered any. The employee who helped us disappeared shortly after we sat down, so we had no one to ask. The food may be good, but the lack of basic customer service made the experience disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I rarely give 5 stars to any restaurant because I feel 5 stars goes above and beyond. with that being said, this is a new location and with new locations come hiccups and you can't put the blame completely on the staff. when I walked in there were unruly kids running and other customers that didn't believe in personal space. I don't know much about Greek food but I don't review based on my like of the food but rather what comes along with it. the food I ordered looked fresh and I wasn't afraid to ask for a bit more if I felt the portion wasn't a lot. The service was quick, and the staff seemed friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there. I am very put off when staff is working the register and they don't seem happy to be there so I encourage management to recognize when staff is like that and pull them from the register. In the end staff asked me if I needed anything else and thanked me for choosing them. I can appreciate that. the staff seemed to respond quickly with keeping the tables cleaned considering all the foot traffic that was going through there. to those complaining of cold food.... go and order it there instead of online so you know its fresh. if you don't like a soggy peta by the time you get home then sit your ass down at the restaurant and enjoy your food and stop complaining about something the restaurant can't help. To the one complaining the staff was on their phones and listening to music, I call BS. I am not sure what time you have been in there to witness that, but I doubt it happened. they have been busy since they opened and haven't had a chance to "lean". unfortunately, there are things that can't be helped like the moth. things slip by and I would be willing to bet that many of you have eaten insects that you didn't even know were in your food. don't make a big deal about it, bring it to management's attention so they have time to address the issue instead of trying to be the next thing to go viral on the internet.

Overall, I have been here a few times and I love this place and I will continue to eat here when I am craving this type of food. FYI, try the...

As someone with years of experience as an operations director in the service industry, including food, retail, and healthcare, I’m honestly baffled by some of the negative comments I’ve seen here.

Let’s start with the price. For anyone saying it’s “too expensive”, have you been to Chipotle lately? CAVA is actually more affordable, especially considering the quality of fresh, flavorful ingredients you get. People seem to forget that the cost of fresh food has increased dramatically since the pandemic and that affects everyone, restaurants included. Vendors raise their prices, so yes, your bowl might cost a few bucks more than it did five years ago. That’s just the reality of the economy, not a reflection of poor value. In fact, for what you get at CAVA, it’s a great deal.

Now let’s talk about service. I came during a peak lunch hour and there was a line out the door. Despite that, every station was staffed and moving efficiently. Anyone saying the team seemed “overwhelmed” might not recognize what real-time efficiency under pressure looks like. From my view, they handled the rush with speed, coordination, and professionalism. I saw no gaps in coverage.

Special shoutout to Nicole, who overheard me say to a friend that I wasn’t sure if I’d get a bowl because I smelled cumin. Without skipping a beat, she kindly and professionally pointed out that chicken is the only protein with cumin and recommended I go with the steak instead. Her attentiveness made my meal choice so much easier.

Sharon was also a gem, she helped guide me through the options while managing the flow of service, and even pointed out that I could get three dips. For the folks complaining about a small scoop of hummus, it’s likely you missed the signs (literally). There are stickers on the glass barrier that list all your choices. Read them, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Bottom line, this team is doing an excellent job. The food is fresh, the staff is informed and courteous, and the value is absolutely fair for the quality and variety you get.

I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’m bringing even...

Absolutely love this restaurant and so excited to have a Cava on the west side of town! This location is super clean, quick service, the employees are always friendly and helpful and the food is to die for. Each time we have been there a manager has stopped by to make sure we are happy which is appreciated. I had the spicy lamb and avocado bowl which was absolutely delicious, plus the harissa chips which were hands down amazing!! My husband had the steak bowl and he raved about how delicious and tender the meat was...love that there are so many options and they are more than happy to make it exactly how you want it. The portion sizes are more than generous, so I'm not sure why people would be complaining about that. I highly recommend this location for their terrific food, super friendly service and can't wait to try some of the...
