Food: We ordered the caramel churro, Macha pebble, churro and chocolate coconut churro. My caramel churro was either old or overcooked because it was so skinny, it looked like overcooked sausage links. My thumb was wider and I have skinny fingers. They gave me 3 small skinny old/ burned pieces and I paid $6.50. Not worth it!

The chocolate churro wasn’t as bad, but at least it was bigger. The matcha pebble churro was better compared to the other two.

Service: It was our first time here today, Aug. 30th @5:00 ish pm. I was with my daughter and Grandson. We ordered Horchata Mocha Smoothie and the young guy said, it’s not a smoothie. We showed him that it was on the board, and he said - sorry, I’m not in charge of the drinks. The girl who did the churros brought in some churros from the back that looked very un-appetizing. And sure enough, it wasn’t! it may have been sitting there for a while and just reheated it and filled it up with caramel and all the dressings.

The drinks were good, but their website showed how they make the horchata mocha smoothie. It shows they put drizzles inside the plastic cup and they didn’t do that either.

Atmosphere: As we enter the store, it didn’t smell very nice at all. Can’t really describe the smell.

I do not recommend this place at all. Not worth the price. I am very disappointed because I love churros and this was a bad experience. We spent a total of $34 for churros and 2 drinks.

Went here last night for one regular churro no special ice cream or special kind of churro. Normally would be under 5 to 10 mins. They were a little busy. After waiting 5 minutes behind people looking at menu to order I ordered. After waiting for one churro for 17 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. They said 5 more minutes. I said I wanted my money back because I needed to leave and it was almost 30 minutes I was waiting. A young lady named Desiree smirked back at me and extremely rudely said it's been 10 minutes. Which it hadn't. It was 713 when I ordered and when I asked for my money back it was 729.....so that was 17 minutes not 10. I explained to her I needed to leave and that it was ridiculous to be waiting so long for one item. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to be working in the service industry. She was disrespectful to me in front of all the workers and a bunch of customers. Desiree needs to be reprimanded and should be fired for being so rude and disrespectful. Also her nails are way to long to be working with food, any type of germs and bacteria under her nails would go into your food. Called and asked for a manger today, they said there isnt one there, so maybe they would reach out to me. Would not go back or reccomend to anyone....
