Haven’t had a problem with the food, but I am disabled and refuse to do delivery cause the first time I did with this store which mind you is a 4 minute drive from my place they charged me like $6-$7 for delivery and then the delivery person handed me my receipt said “that’s where you put the tip” and refused to leave till I tipped him. This caused my account to overdraw and go in the negatives once it was processed cause I didn’t plan on tipping (I didn’t have the money and didn’t know what to say cause I’ve never been demanded a tip before). So now I do car side delivery which I haven’t had a problem with till now. I guess by the time they finished my order car side hours were over so the app said I had to come into the store. I’m currently on a cane, struggle to walk and can’t really carry anything but I thought I could handle it since I really didn’t have any other choice. I asked when car side ended since I wanted to know so that I didn't make the mistake of ordering outside those hours again, was met with “I don’t know” and the sign outside the door (attached photo) that’s supposed to have the hours listed doesn’t. 2 employees watched me struggle to not only carry my stuff but also heavily struggle to open the door to their store, once I got the door open I ended up dropping my sauces and struggled heavily and in pain to pick them up all while the 2 employees just watched, not offering help once, most I got was “have a good night” when I was finally out the door. They totally messed my pizza up. Gave me Pepperoni and Black Olive instead of Ham and Pineapple (easy mistake??). The manager gave me a credit for a 2 topping medium pizza with an "extra" so I chose Lava Cake. He tells me just call and they'll issue the credit by my phone number. I call to order my pizza. Keep in mind this is NOT FREE PIZZA.. I've already paid for it. And I PAID for the DELIVERY. And I PAID for THE TIP for the delivery. But tonight I have a different Manager named Braden. Or Brayden. Or Braydon. And Brayden does not give a darned about my credit, or the fact that they messed up my dinner and I went without pizza while the rest of my family ate because I do not eat pepperoni. Brayden wants me to call the new Dominoes that opened this week and is closer to me. I said they won't have my credit. He said he'd call that store and see if they would honor it then I could call them and order. Brayden's making my life more difficult, kinda like when they screwed up my order last Sunday. Brayden says he'll fix my order but it won't be for delivery, which I don't understand because I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY LAST SUNDAY AND YOU MESSED MY ORDER UP. THIS IS ON YOU, NOT ME. Read moreCouldn’t write a more scathing review. Ordered online, tipped 20% in advance for driver. For context this was the meal for my anniversary night out for the babysitter. Estimated 30 min out at ordering time. After an hour called and politely asked for an ETA. Was told they were short handed and approximately ~20 min more. Driver on his way back and would take our order first. Another hour passes, babysitter politely contacts me again that pizza still has not arrived. I call and immediately am told they will make it again. ??? WTH?!? They aren’t sure maybe the driver got confused. Absolutely BS, they are obviously lying and purposely didnt deliver to us next out of spite. I asked to have the order canceled. They most likely spit in the food. They nonchalantly say ok. Within a second my babysitter gets the text the order is canceled. No apology, no offer to make anything right. Will be calling back in the morning to speak to management. Absolutely no pride in their job, no customer service. Will NEVER order from Dominos again - at this point I can’t imagine how they do any business.
