Wow, this was truly the most horrific experience I've ever had trying to eat out at any restaurant in my entire life! I was laughed at and treated so poorly, the manager in charge wouldn't even give me his name to call corporate to discuss my appalling experience. Needless to say, I left without food because I was so poorly mistreated. I am shaking and crying trying to write this, I am deeply disturbed and hurt at the way I was treated by their employees/manager. First off, they took quite awhile to acknowledge me, or even try to take my order. I went in to get a burrito bowl, the time was 9:37pm, they close at 10pm. It's as if they didn't want to serve me, as I left without any food an employee locked the door behind me @ 9:45pm, but they do not close until 10pm? You would think that would be against company policy (they obviously pick and choose which company policies to follow) to lock the doors before closing time. Please check cameras to verify my account. The lady who said her name was Roman, informed me there was no cheese and a few other items, I said that's ok, you have some queso there can you please use that in lieu of the cheese you do not have? They said absolutely for an additional charge, I said I would like cheese that you said you do not have, rather than give me zero cheese, could you just use the queso instead? I asked for the manager, he refused, said it was against company policy. I was just shocked that rather than satisfy the customer they were combatant, argumentative and laughing at me. If corporate policy states, we completely ran out of any item at a store location, and we refuse to replace it with an item/product we have on hand, I'm glad to find out now exactly what kind of company I'm dealing with, so I can never do business with them again. Just an overall horrible experience with the manager and Roman. I cannot wrap my head around hiring people with such little regard and experience with customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and expect them to review the cameras and issue an apology from the manager and Roman. This is inexcusable to treat anyone the way I was treated tonight. I ordered two bowls the first was mine the lady who was working walked over to get lettuce from the online station because they didn’t have any there she went above and beyond with her costumer service. The guy who was making my sons bowl said they were out of lettuce. I asked him if he could walk over and get lettuce from where the lady did and he told me know that that’s for online orders only and I had explained that she had walked over and got it so he rolled his eyes and walked over and gave a little tiny cup of lettuce and then proceeded to drop it in the bag so I would notice and roll his eyes at me so then, when I asked for their names, the supposed manager walked over and asked what the issue was and said well they’re not supposed to come over to the station because that’s for online orders only And then proceeded to say well. He probably just dropped the lettuce in the bag like that because we are busy. They were not busy and I explained he rolled his eyes in the manager try to defend his actions instead of saying sorry about that the guy who checked us out was super nice and very respectful, but the manager and the other guy that were working were horrible when I asked for the names he said that if they don’t want to give any names that they don’t Have to , so I will definitely be following up with this whole ordeal. I spoke to Lucy and was told she could only do an exchange because I didn't take the receipt. Upon my initial purchase. Which was fine. I proceeded to drive over here and wait in line to have again another bowl made w/ Guacamole. The girl making the bowl act as if she was hard at hearing after I repeating told her how I wanted my bowl. Yet, still proceeded to make it as if she was the one eating it. Then move on to the cashier and he too acts as if he can't hear. I'm guessing the emoyees here feel as if they really don't need to satisfy the customers because of its location. Sadly, ill be mentioning how HORRIBLE THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ACROSS ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS! The chicken and beef is sooo fatty. At least other locations try trimming off the fat to eliminate those pieces. However, this location serves it to you as if its a delicacy. Im cometely over this place.
