This was not just bad service — it was an outright disaster. I visited Panda Express today and experienced what can only be described as a complete breakdown of customer service, professionalism, and basic operational competence.
After waiting for 20 minutes, I was casually told “we’re waiting on one item” — but shockingly, none of the staff could even identify what that item was. That alone speaks volumes about the chaos and disorganization running this place. Then, after standing around for a total of 30 minutes, I was told “we’re now cooking your item.” So what exactly was happening for the previous half hour? Absolutely nothing. No communication, no accountability, no respect for customers’ time.
The employees were dismissive, poorly trained, and acted like they couldn’t care less. No apology. No urgency. Just blank stares and robotic responses. It was inexcusable, unprofessional, and flat-out unacceptable.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a symptom of a location completely lacking leadership, training, and standards. If corporate or local management has even the slightest concern for the Panda Express brand, they need to audit this store immediately and retrain or replace the staff.
This experience was insulting, infuriating, and a total embarrassment to what should be a reputable restaurant. I will never return, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this location until serious...
Read moreBeyond frustrated. Placed a plate order and one of the entrees was their mushroom chicken which is my favorite. Was told it would take 8 minutes and I told them I would wait. Proceeded to take a couple minutes to pay them and get my drink and they asked me to pull to the front as there was still to be a 5-6 minute wait. Sure no problem! I'm sitting there waiting...waiting....watch 12 vehicles come through the drive through, 10+ people go in get food and come out....25 minutes goes by. Was just about to pull around again when a girl walks out finally with my order and apologized. Ok no worries. Something told me to check my food. There was just teriyaki chicken and no mushroom chicken...so I pull around. Tell the girl at the window I was missing an entree that I still needed my mushroom chicken I waited for. She asked what size. Excuse me? Not sure. She asked what size again. I said I ordered a plate meal and it only has teriyaki I'm missing the mushroom chicken....she closed the window before I finished saying chicken. Anyways she immediately hands me a small carton I figured had been prepared and missed being put in my bag. I take it and thank her and head home. 20 minutes later I get home and sit down to eat....just to see she gave me another carton of teriyaki chicken......I WAITED ALL THAT TIME FOR MUSHROOM CHICKEN.....and stil did not end...

Can I get the bigger plate? Yes. The bigger plate. Chow main or rice? Chow main, please. For your three entrée? Orange chicken, honey sesame seed chicken. "She rings me up for the big plate." And the teriyaki chicken. Oh, you want to the bigger plate. Yes ma'am, please. Any thing else? Does it come with a drink because I don't want a drink? What size do you want? Well what size does it come with? It doesn't come with a drink. Okay cool i don't want a drink. Total is $12.86. I do want two egg rolls. I was only asking if the order comes with a drink. "She continues to ignore me." I pull up to the drive thru window and the lady that was manding that station was completely different from the on taking orders. She was nice and attentive and made sure my order was correct. She deserves a four star rating but the lady that took my order, the score reflects her attitude today.
