Hereâs the thing, I work in the food service industry and I have a lot of patience when it comes to these sort of things, but I just need to voice a few things here. I ordered an XL pizza somewhere around 9:30pm, on the papatracker app it said my food should arrive in 30-45 minutes. Well 45 minutes go by and I get a call from the delivery driver telling me the train is stopped on the tracks and isnât moving. Obviously this is out of the drivers control, so I wasnât mad, I tried to give him directions of an alternate route and he said heâd get there soon. About 15 minutes go by and I get a call from the stores manager relaying the information that the deliver driver has already told me, the manager informed me that I can wait another twenty minutes for my original deliver, I then asked if they would be able to remake the order since it had been nearly an hour since our had been out for delivery and weâve had issues with receiving cold pizza in the past, the manager told me they would happily make another Eliza and send it out as quickly as possible, I said thank you and then hung up. The Pizza finally arrived nearly two hours later around 11:15pm, the delivery driver was rude and his attitude was unprofessional. I have sympathy for the times were in right now, and while traffic and stopped trains are out of any bodies control, yelling out âbtw the train is still stopped out thereâ is unnecessary. Which is what they did. Also, when the pizza arrived it was basically melted to the cardboard, as if it had been sitting for a while, even though the manager said theyâd make a new one.
Iâm not usually one to write posts like these, and Iâm not one to call people out, but weâve had multiple occasions with this location of drivers being rude, missing items, and how long it takes. I love papa Johns but I donât want to keep ordering from a location that canât seem to...
   Read moreWow wow wow is all I can say. Not only were the teens not attentive to customers walking inside but apparently they donât care. But what do you expect when you have a manager that is suppose to lead and control the situation instead of smoking what didnât smell like cigarettes and with the teenagers!!! All just laughing in the back until she (the manager) caught my eye and magically the vape (even though itâs not a cigarette, smoking around the food Iâm ordering is unacceptable and unprofessional) disappeared snd the âfriendlyâ customer service appeared. When you can barely open your eyes I think my family understands why youâre so friendly. My husband couldnât believe his eyes and I was just disgusted. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Whatever they were smoking doesnât matter because it was around my food and with underage kids. She should be ashamed of herself. Wouldnât doubt that the âcoolâ manager supplied them with whatever it may have been. Worst Papa Johnâs Iâve ever been to and I pray the others can redeem what use to be our family pizza...
   Read moreI've been Papa John's customer for awhile now, and generally have okay service, not great, not terrible. However, last night, I placed an order at 9PM, and given an approx 50 minute delivery time, which is fine. Approximately 9:50, I received a call from the delivery driver, who told me he was lost and couldn't find my house. Okay, things happen, so I give him explicit directions and given where he was, it should have taken him about 10 minutes to get to my house. I waited till 10:30, at which time I called the store to cancel the order, as now I was planning to go to bed without my planned supper. I was told that the driver "couldn't find my house, and my credit card had been refunded." I informed the staff member that I had in fact given him directions to my house, to which she replied that "they'd been having problems with the driver, and he was new." At no time did they call me to tell me THEY had cancelled my order, nor did they try to contact me for better directions, or send another driver. Extremely disappointed in the service...
