Little Mia's Pizza (Silverton) — Restaurant in Toms River

When my favorite pizza place was abruptly sold by the owner and turned into an unsatisfactory, I had to find another good pizza place. I spent a long time trying pizzas from most of the restaurants in the area, and I settled on Little Mia's. They simply have the best-tasting pizza in the area, in my opinion, and the rest of the fare here that I've tried has been good, too. I always do take-out, and every single time my food is ready by the time I get there. It's never late, and it's always correct. 100% of the time the employees here are pleasant and smiling. Now, Little Mia's had some really excellent and fairly generous specials for quite a long time. It appears that they're stopping the old specials, but are still honoring coupons that you might have. Some people would use that as a justification to look elsewhere, but I'm sticking with Little Mia's. They've earned my business with good service and excellent food....

After ordering online, waiting over an hour & a half .. I called Mias to ask where my order was. The girl on the phone put me on a brief hold to call the delivery driver, she comes back to me and proceeds to tell me the driver left the food on a chair on the porch & rang the door bell [I was in my kitchen the whole time and I heard NO door bell] then left.. I went outside to check my porch, I saw nothing .. I went to my neighbors next door and across the street to see maybe they got the wrong house .. NOTHING. I told the girl there is no food here, she giggled then told me to hold on [that giggle really ticked me off more] she came back a minute after saying they can cook my order again and deliver it .. I said no thank you it was late and I had to be in bed for work at 2am and it was already 8pm. I asked for a refund & that was it .. I'm sad about this because I do like Mias but this was...

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered here Friday night. Place is 2 minutes from me. When I gave the girl my address she tells me to call the one in Brick and I could look up there number (very rude) I said no you are 2 min from me. Anyhow, it’s 1 1/2 hrs later and still no pizza. I call and they say it’s on the way. Another 20 minutes go by and still no food. So I called and asked for a refund. Still waiting on that refund. People that answer are rude and have no clue. Don’t see this place lasting long at all! So I ordered from DiCosmos (our normal pizza place) food here in 1/2 hr. Great pizza and friendly service. DO NOT...
