The Grove Restaurant — Restaurant in Toms River

I had my wedding here last week. Paid alot of money and they did not supply linens. What venue doesn't supply linens? Had to run out the day of my wedding to try and rent them for another $200. Then when I paid my balance they added a 20% service fee which service sucked. The service fee came to $500 like what? I ended up cleaning the tables in my wedding dress to get my tablecloths off. Also had to cut my own cake or pay 1.99 a slice for a cake i bought from the outside. Horrible. Then I got a hotel room left came back now the person at the front desk says they have no record of us having a room. Had to wait a half hour til another staff came in. I had a party here 2 years ago and it was fantastic thats why I went back but apparently they are under new management. Beware guys and find a different place. So unhappy. We decided to try a Thanksgiving dinner away from home this year and chose The Grove Restaurant in Toms River. What a wonderful surprise. Every dish we ordered was top notch. Our server Alexis was great...went out of her way to make sure our experience was perfect. Would also like to thank their busboy, Sean . He made sure our table was well taken care of.
