Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tontitown

I’ve owned three pizza shops and seven other restaurants over the past 12 years. This place will fail if better operating practices aren’t taught and maintained,

It’s noon on a Saturday and there are zero hot and ready pizzas—ZERO. The two employees didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and once one finally walked to the front she couldn’t have cared less if I was in there or not.

They were making dough which is needed, but for a concept that operates on the premise of having pizza “Hot and Ready”, you’d think they would prioritize making some first thing, instead of knocking out all the prep first.

I went across the street and purchased domino’s instead. $45 to your competitor.

Judging by other comments/reviews, this is a frequent occurrence. Let’s say it happens 5 times a day with an average ticket of $20.

$100*363 days open=$36,300 in lost revenue. And that’s before counting the lost lifetime value of the guest.

This is likely the case of a franchisee not wanting to increase their food cost by potentially throwing out unpurchases Hot and Readys. This is a fools game and a short sided way to operate...

"Hot n Ready" yeah okay. I went in and it was 4 young adults/teenagers at the front talking and on their phones. They only thing ready about this place is they were ready to go home. No pizzas cooking (they told me they can start one and take 16min), not doing anything. You would think there would be at least 1 pizza at ready at 6pm. The girl at the front was rude and said they don't know how much to do since they just opened. Which is completely understandable, but you would think they would have 1 single pizza ready... I hope this isn't the common trend with this place. I was excited about it, however if this is the expectation from owners/management then this...

Walked in girl at the front sat on her chair in the back and just stared at me she then decided to get up. I asked if they had 5 dollar pizzas still she said no that’s fine. I told her my order and could barely hear her talking. She gave me my receipt and said it’ll be about 10-18 or 8-10 minutes idk I couldn’t hear her. Then I watched them make the pizzas with their bare hands I don’t know if little Caesar’s requires them to wear gloves when assembling but that’s honestly kinda gross. Also no uniform or anything resembling work clothes they are both wearing pajamas? Not ever...
