Updating. Order food. They mess it up. After they are asked to correct it they tell you they made a new plate and give it back. Unfortunately what they did was just put in a new plate and covered up their mistakes. Great management. Don’t expect much. Really went down hill. Do not go when they are busy. Update: after talking with management all they had was excuses and blame the paying customer. They said there was yelling and we entered the kitchen. Nope stopped at the door way to let them know they lied. The kitchen manager first words was he has been training the staff for two weeks. Apparently he needs more training on when his staff makes a mistake. I most or all situations in a kitchen before the correct food goes back out the manager would check it to be sure. The acting manager for the restaurant came back with would you like us to put your fingers in your food. Real mature. I came back with don’t lie to the customer. Don’t bring the same food out on another plate and cover it up. Looks real bad. Basically they are busy. Could not handle their mistakes. You honking that making it a third time was the answer. It’s honestly never this bad and the food has always been great. But today for some reason on Sunday at 12 they could not get it together and blame their mistakes in a customer that caught them in lies. If that is how you treat paying customers for their mistakes it’s pretty sad. 2 stars cause food is good. Zero starts as weekend manager is terrible and should be better prepared for their mistakes. Don’t tell them they messed up. They...
Read moreI just got done eating, I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review but after today I think it’s very much needed for this place. After being seated by a nice gentleman we got a waitress (no name tag) that did not greet us, instead I said hello, I got the bacon bourbon burger with avocado and asked for no onion (I’m allergic to them), she brought it out after about 20 minutes which is a little outrageous for 2 burgers but whatever, she repeated that their where no onions on it but I could clearly see without touching it that their infact where LOTS of onions. We did not receive any silverware or napkins when seated and she never asked how everything was or if we needed anything so we ended up taking napkins off another table. She seated a man behind us and then continued to sit and flirt with him and talk about themselves like they where on a date the whole time we where seated and gave him her number which was very awquard and unprofessional of her to condone that. She was wearing a red shirt, ginger red hair, bright red lipstick, had pink nails. The waitresses where yelling at the cooks the whole time aswell for getting orders wrong or making things incorrectly. Very disappointed because usually we get great service! Never had a problem coming here until today. Do better! If I could leave zero stars I probably would for...
Read moreDuring my first visit to the area, I had heard a lot of positive things about Jim's, and I must say, it certainly lived up to the hype. We loved it so much that we ended up dining there two consecutive days. The staff, especially the waitresses, were exceptionally pleasant, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features of Jim's is the generous portion sizes – you definitely won't leave hungry. The food itself was delicious, each dish packed with flavor, indicating high-quality ingredients and skilled preparation. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring there's something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or restrictions. Pricing at Jim's is very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise given the quality of the food and service. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that seniors and military personnel are offered a discount, a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Given our delightful experience, we are eagerly planning another visit to Jim's to explore more of the menu, particularly the breakfast options and desserts, which come highly...
