Neighborhood Wing Co — Restaurant in Tooele

We recently moved to the area and were excited to try this wing place. Upon arrival, we were greeted and invited to seat ourselves. Our waiter arrived shortly after—he was friendly and offered water and Pepsi products but immediately mentioned they were out of Pepsi. I was hoping for a beer, but since he listed the drink options so definitively, I assumed the establishment doesn’t have an alcohol license—which isn’t surprising in Utah! (Hahaha!) Unfortunately, the waiter didn’t introduce himself, or I would commend him here.

We started with fried pickle straws and cheese curds. Both were well-prepared, but the sauces were a letdown. The sauce served with the pickles was watery, and the marinara sauce for the curds came in a pre-packaged container, similar to what you’d get at McDonald’s.

Next, we ordered boneless wings and traditional wings. The wings themselves were cooked properly, but again, the sauces were watered down. In my experience, a good wing place is defined by its sauces—rich, flavorful, thick, and creamy. Unfortunately, these didn’t meet that standard.

Additionally, we were informed that several menu items were unavailable. Between the lack of stocked ingredients and watered-down sauces, it seems like either management is failing or the restaurant is struggling financially. Hopefully, if it’s a management issue, they can turn things around and become a solid place to eat.

Speaking of management—our waiter was clearly embarrassed to repeatedly tell us they were out of so many items. Shame on the manager or owner for putting this young man in such an awkward position due to poor planning. Get it together!

So me and my wife Wanted to get something for lunch so we stopped by the restaurant The staff was nice and greeted us in. We went ahead and grabbed a menu and ordered. My first concern was the menu was too simple in the way that I didn't have enough information and I kept asking the waitress about certain items on the menu. Hopefully you guys can update the menu With a bit more details about prices and menu items. The service was quick. they had games for us to play like tic-tac-toe for us. When we're waiting for the food, definitely very nice. When we got the food, we were a bit underwhelmed. For the price that we paid, we paid $29 plus tip. Total of $35 The quality of the food was definitely above average, but nothing fantastic. The part that made me my wife upset was that we were still hungry after we ate, which was upsetting. Cause the amount of money we have already spent. We didn't by any drinks, by the way, just food. Hopefully, they can take a look at their menu prices. Although it's made at high quality that they can achieve in the Store Nothing's worse than spending Thirty dollars on Food That doesn't fill you up. The exceptional service provided by Kira was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was unforgettable. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu were evident, as she guided me through the different wing options and knew the drink selection down to a science. Kira's attentiveness and genuine care made me feel like a valued customer, and for that, I extend a special thanks to her.

The wings were outstanding alongside the service which was exceptionally fast. Overall, my visit to the Neighborhood Wing Company was an absolute delight. The combination of exceptional wings, stellar service from Kira, and a welcoming atmosphere made it an experience I won't soon forget. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious wings and an all-around wonderful dining experience. Five stars...
