Wendy's — Restaurant in Tooele

04/10/24 I'm in my second trimester and was craving a burger tonight. I just wanted a bacon cheeseburger... I've never had a wendys burger before and it's the only place open tonight so I sent my husband off to grab me one. Y'all litterally have a bacon cheeseburger on your menu " Big Bacon Classic" so why in the world when my husband asked for it did the employees say you don't even have a bacon burger?? Not that you were out of it but litterally said that it doesn't exist. Regardless, he modified another burger on the menu to make it what I was craving and this burger was the most depressing thing I've ever seen, Eating it was even worse. A shriveled up piece of lettuce, bacon crumbs, and slathered in mayonnaise. I couldn't even finish it. My husband took two bites, threw it back into the bag and said this looks and tastes like it was meant for a dog. To add onto that, they gave us the wrong drink.

Stopped in tonight for a couple crispy chicken sandwiches and specifically asked for extra lettuce and mayo because personally the amount they put on isn't enough for me. I got home only to open them and find this monstrosity... the 2 saddest looking pieces of lettuce I have ever seen. Normally I don't complain and would just eat it but I specifically asked for EXTRA and these aren't even acceptable for a regular sandwich. I mean cmon!! The one sandwich is litterally just the spine of the lettuce and no leaf!

I did call them and they took my name down and the woman was very kind about it but it shouldn't have ever left the store like this! If you wouldn't eat it,...

Wendy's in Tooele has always been mediocre in thier service. Every 2 or 3 times I go, my order ends up being wrong ( getting someone else's order - tomato on my burger when I asked for it to be removed) or an item is missing. I never leave the window until I have checked that at least everything is in there. Tonight I pulled up and tried to place my order 4 times and the girl taking my order was very obviously not paying attention to me and was then frustrated at me for correcting her when she added incorrect items on the window. I became frustrated but still remained polite. When I grabbed my bag of food the manager handed me my food and was very polite. I don't remember his name but he is a taller man and I always appreciate his service when I get him. He is very professional. Now everything was in my bag, however when I got home and opened everything up... I was very upset. I found my chicken sandwich smashed flat and same with the burger I ordered. The burger had no cheese, which I ordered. They gave me I've tea not power aide that I ordered. I am not impressed with decline in polite and Accurate customer service in Tooele. I can count on 3 fingers which restaurants, fast-food joins in Tooele I have never complained about because they had excellent service ( even if they made a mistake, they were fantastic at remedying the situation.) I won't be returning to Wendy's if thier staff are blatantly rude, don't listen, give me the wrong order and smash the shiz out of my food. Go...

We made a mobile order, when we told them we had a mobile order they groaned and complained about it said they were joking, I continued to get my food, they handed me a lemonade(I did not order a lemonade) began hanging me another lemonade, I mentioned that I didn’t order them and he asked if I was Philip told him no, for the first and only time they confirmed my name and said they didn’t have my order and I’d have to wait for it to come through, I placed the order 30 minutes ago, they said I’d have to wait up front, I asked if they had my order to make my food they said no, didn’t confirm what I got, and told me to park in front and wait for the order to go through, I told them I paid for it and wanted to confirm I would still get it he yelled saying they haven’t got my order, they said they confirmed i was philip(they did not confirm any of my information) and blamed me for making them make food they didn’t need, that it’s not their fault and I’m gonna just gonna have to deal with spending the money and not receiving my food, the young lady working drive through deserves a raise, she explained they were having a tough night and said they would make my food and bring it out as soon as the order came through, I cancelled my order on the app and drove away, I was disrespected and angry and did nothing to deserve that other than want my food, thought yall should know, don’t go here and I hope the young lady finds somewhere with a more...
