I always have issues on pick up orders..Im sick of it. The lady told me she gave me extra sauces but turns out instead of putting the sauce on my wings. They just put them all on the side. Zero communication and zero effort to my order that was also an extra 10minutes late. (EDIT AND UPDATE)Horrible every single time. This place isn't cheap when it comes to wings. EVERYTIME I Order from location 1227 SW Wanamaker Topeka KS my order is either Cold, Unseasoned and not sauced with what i asked for, Late, The wings noticeably taste like old fry Oil. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Topeka. Please Do something about this. This is horrible. This locations tries to close the take out area along with the dining room so When you go to pick up your food No one is there to help you and no one ever knows where my food is. As of right now I ordered at 1015pm. Came to the restaurant at 1030pm just like the ETA said A guy tried to help me but it was someone elses order and I waited an additional 20minutes. I didn't get My wings until 1055 And THEY ARE COLD ONCE AGAIN! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IVE GOTTEN COLD WINGS, THE 3rd time my order was late. When I finally got my wings. I was asked have I been helped, I replied Yes, but I've been sitting here for 20minutes. She replied with a nasty attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid and didn't even apologize. I HATE THIS LOCATION WITH A PASSION. I GIVE UP. NOT COMING BACK. Ruined my entire night. I was in a good mood before I came to BWWs. Having a bad experience happens but I shouldn't have a feeling of regret for ever walking through their doors. Read moreI am incredibly disappointed in the service we received tonight. I came in with a large party of 13 people including 8 separate tickets. We had just left a funeral service and spur of the moment decided it would be nice for everyone to visit together. We noticed that no one was seated on the covered patio and requested we sit outside. The initial server that was seating us was all for it and happily walked us out. At the time it was raining, however the middle of the patio and all tables in that area were completely dry. Without speaking to us directly, another waitress came outside and addressed the server, "can not like sit outside.. its actively raining." When we returned inside, our seating server was confused and expressed that he didn't know why it was an issue. I addressed the waitress and expressed that we had just left a funeral and were wanting a more quiet space that we could all be able to talk to one another in. I pointed out that the path to the table and the tables themselves were all dry despite It raining. She simply responded that they all had long shifts and no one wanted to serve outsideand get wet. (Again keep in mind walking outside did not get you wet at all) I told her that we would pay well for the inconvenience and she wouldn't change her mind. There was no reason for her disallowing us to sit out there. If the patio was to not be used during rain, there should be a posted sign expressing this. Read moreLove this location, but this was the WORST eating experience I've encountered. After having technical issues ordering on the B-Dubs mobile app, I decided to call in my order. My call was at 9:11 PM. The order consisted of 20 boneless wings. Half garlic Parmesan, and the other Medium. The server confirmed my order over the phone, and said that it would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived at 9:23 and asked for my order. The greeter said its almost done. He never asked if I wanted to pay. I sat for another 15 minutes, as multiple servers walked by and asked if I had been helped. The manager noticed I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I was waiting on my order, but hadn't paid for it. When the manager recited my order, I noticed that it was registered wrong (10 total wings: 5 med. and 5 garlic Parm.). I let him know what the correct order should have been, and he updated the order. I went ahead and paid. Finally, 39 minutes after my call to order (9:50), a server came out to tell me that the kitchen had made a mistake and brought out my wings. They were in boxes of 5s. She explained that they had to make the same order twice to make it correct (to get 20 total). When I got home, half of the wings were cold (5 med. and 5 garlic Parm). Manager didn't apologize for the extremely excessive wait time, or offer some sort of compensation. This location has lost my business. Very unprofessional at how the situation...
