This place has always been good with doing business with but recently I was given the wrong items by a very UN knowledgeable employee. After opening the products and said they were going to work. I lost my money. They would not exchange or refund. It’s more the principal behind it all and if I give my loyalty if business. The loyalty should be honored with doing the right thing. Regardless I’m giving this 2 stars. I love their ship it’s been my go to for over 3 years now. I will probably not return due to the lack of respect and customer service I received and. When I’ve asked them to order certain things in the past and they say they will call this is never done or honored. I will miss this place due to their selection but the prices on vspes are around 30 percent mark up. Bit of a fleecing of one’s pocket to be honest. Their point system is ridiculous you got to spend a lot to get very little 5x the amount to receive 15 percent of all that you have paid. So they make an 85 percent profit. I came in looking for a V2 Pod that I spent the last 2 weeks trying to find all over town. Discovering it was something that didn't seem readily available anywhere and not wanting to be a bother of having to special order it every time (which was only offered at this store!) I decided to purchase something new. Alex and Dalton spent a great amount of time showing me various options, how to use each device, and teaching this old dog some new tricks.
