Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Topeka

From today's experience after spending $37.30, if I could give it 0/5 I would!!! The service was awful mainly because the red-headed young lady that took the payment for my order got an attitude when I told her I would like for her to wash her hands and/or wear gloves before she made my sundaes. Then she proceeds to make a comment, to a co-worker, with a curse word in there which upset me a little because I had my two teenage nephews with me. After that, she made our sundaes so sloppy that another co-worker asked if I wanted the sundaes re-made. I declined because my nephews just wanted their sundaes and they did not care how they looked. My next issue was the fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. The burgers were good though but that is not good enough for them to get my business for a long time! Oh well their loss because my family and friends eat out a lot and I'm going to be sure to tell them about this experience.

Disappointing Steak Burger Night Experience

I decided to give this place a try for Steak Burger Night, but it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Nowhere did it say there was a limit, yet when I tried to order, I was forced to download an app that turned out to be completely useless. It wouldn’t even let me order a single item! What’s the point of having a special if you make it impossible to actually get it?

It’s no surprise this location is always empty—I see why people stay away. The bathroom was filthy, which tells me cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. WORST Restaurant Ever – Scam Alert!

This place is an absolute joke. Steak Burger Night is nothing but a scam to get people in the door. They don’t tell you there’s a limit, then force you to download some useless app that won’t even let you order the dollar burger. What kind of shady business is this?

The staff couldn’t care less. They were rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was the problem for expecting them to honor their own promotion.
