I placed an order to be picked up through the drive thru on 11/10. They told me to pull up to the window. I then sat at the window for well over 30 min. I had tried to get staff attention after a while but they would look at me and ignore me. When they finally brought me my order, it was the wrong one. My order was sitting getting old and soggy. I asked for a refund, which was given and I was told it would take up to three days. The refund never came, so I reached out. I was put in contact with the GM, James. James said he processed the refund again, on 11/18, and to give it ten days. The refund still never came. James stopped responding to my emails. I would call and be told James wasn’t there but that they would pass along my message. On 12/9, I spoke with Jesse who was amazing. He told me James would give me a call within two hours, as they were going to see if I could receive a cash refund. James never called. I tried calling on 12/10, but nobody would answer. I decided to just go in. The two employees there that day were awesome. But James told them I could not get a refund and refused to do anything. The employee offered to remake the sandwiches for me. The entire thing took over a month, still with no refund. While other staff was kind and helpful, James was not. James is a sad excuse for management. This was the worse case of customer service and communication I have experienced here, and their customer service has always been pretty bad. Goodcents may be the greatest sub shop in the history of the world. The employees are super friendly, the sandwiches are awesome, and I always feel I get a great value for the money. Plus, they have Pepsi, which I prefer over Coke, so this is kinda important to me when deciding where to go.
I've always liked Goodcents as far back as I can remember. Their sandwiches come in lengths 4", 8", 12", and 16" lengths, so there is a size for everyone. The bread is softer and has better flavor than Subway or other sandwich shops I've been to. The meats are freshly sliced (Subway, not so much), and their cheeses are of better quality than Subway. The cheddar, for instance, is actual slices as opposed to Subway's shredded. The selection of vegetable toppings is first rate. Plus, Goodcents has Pepsi.
I adore the staff. They want to make your sandwich to your specifications. Lot's of mayo? No problem. Tons of pickles? They back the truck up. Best of all, they are exceptionally friendly even when busy. And they have Pepsi.
I always look forward to my next trip to Goodcents. Since the nearest building is a bit of a drive across town, it always seems like a treat. Especially because they have Pepsi.

Read moreOrdered last night at 730. Had no idea they didnt deliever that late. But i didnt even get a courtesy call to inform me that the 25 dollar meal i had already paid for wasn't coming at all. Paid through the goodcent app. So while my app tells me id recieve my sandwiches at 8, apparently they werent coming at all. So wife and i both called up there a number of times between 815 to 9 not one answer. Online says you close at 9, so why wasnt my call at least answered to tell me you were closed. Now im out 25 dollars and still no sandwiches. Not to mention i drove up to the store i ordered my delivery from. It was 850 and all the lights turned off and the guy, whom i made eye contact with was locking the doors and leaving. Worst experince i have ever had in food service, ive managed a few myself, and ive got to tell you, i would have fired my entire staff last night had i heard about this complete bullshit. I want my money refunded and my sandwhiches simply for the disrespect this store has to their customers....
