Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Topeka

I get the same drink ordered the same way every single time. It's very rare that it is made the way I ordered it. Today I ordered the same drink (Large blended caramelisous extra Carmel in it w/ lots & lots of caramel drizzle inside the cup) it was made without the caramel inside the cup. When I told them for the 3rd time that it was supposed to have it. They dumped it into a second cup with very little caramel drizzle. I asked if the extra caramel was put in the mix I was told yes. I drive away & of course no extra caramel! I know there isn't because I get this drink so often I know exactly what it should taste like. If your incapable of making it the way I ordered it & then lie to me about it that's crazy! This drink I get the same way atleast 4 times a week sometimes 6 times a week. $10 4 times a week is a lot. Why is it so difficult to do it the way I order it? In the past they had messed up so many times I did reach out to management. They were supposed to refund me but naturally they never did. Do not come to this location! I have no idea why I keep trying it. Probably because this location is most convenient for me & they do make it correctly about 1/4 of the time. I'm sure that's when an employee that actually cares about their customers is working. I think it's time to try a new...

Ive gotten the same drink for 3 years and every time I come to this location they mess it up somehow. Simple order should be the same recipe every time, no extra pumps of this or that, should be so easy to make consistently. Topeka blvd gets it right every single time never had to remake it for me. This location throws in different amounts of expresso and thinks it wont make it taste different. It sucks because this location is 2 minutes away from me so when I’m running late I have no choice but to go here. I try to go to Topeka blvd every time they are the best !! Best people, way nicer, way better service, way better drinks, they actually start my day off right every time :) I go there before the gym, it’s right next to it in the same parking lot. Recommend them 100%!! Not to mention the manager here is not a genuine person at all under all that fake window service. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I wish I could get my $8 back for every drink they’ve made for me, it always feels like I wasted my money when I leave this location. Getting my coffee and cinnamon roll sets the mood for my day lol. In my opinion nothing is worse than starting your day...

Everyday for the last couple of years I’ve gotten a blended caramelicious with an extra shot of espresso… about 3-4 months ago it started tasting super sweet, can’t even taste the expresso or coffee like you use to.. almost taste like a sweet chocolate.. I have asked over and over what was changed or what they're doing different and they’re all clueless… and unable to pinpoint what they’ve changed so I’ve just stopped going .. I’ll stop in every once in a while in hopes to score the drink I was use to getting but I’m just let down every time and can’t drink it..I was in Lawrence yesterday and stopped by the scooters there and got my usual drink and my gosh it tasted just like It should so sweet to where I can’t drink it!
