Ordered on the app and when I went to go pick up my order, it wasn’t made correctly. No big deal, it happens. I politely asked to remake it and Kris’ immediate reaction was to argue with me and tell me I was in the wrong. She reluctantly remade my drink but complained under her breath to where I could hear her that I was rude. How is it rude to ask for what you paid for? Crazy. If anything it’s rude to argue with customers, not only that but it’s very unprofessional. To flat out call me rude is insane for simply asking for a remake in the kindest manner possible. Read moreI had a pretty rough experience this morning; Adrianna or Adrianne had a very bad attitude with not just me, but a few people…one lady asked for an extra shot of Chai in her tea, and she rolled her eyes and snatched her drink with attitude, another lady commented “have a good day” & she didn’t say a word back. When my order was next, she made one chai (I ordered 2), she then states that the first chai is done, & I asked “I think I had two right?” And she rudely said “I’m making it. Read moreWe've been traveling cross country and wanted the Kansas mug from the been there series. We called ahead of time since these can be difficult to find, and an employee here said they had some. We asked for one to be held on the side. Drove out of our way just for the same employee to say she sold it to someone else once we arrived. I understand not holding products, but she should have said that she would not hold it over the phone!
Maybe it's Kansas or she is just as bitter as the coffee she serves, but folks in other states were way better about helping us make this road...
