Extremely disappointed. This starbucks definitel does not have the best staff. They could not even get my order of black coffee right. On top of that they lied about it. I ordered a blonde coffee and they gave me dark coffee. This was two hours before closing and they acted like they were put out when I questioned them about it. That in itself is not a huge deal but they also had to remake my wife's drink. Is she ordered it hot?They gave it to her cold. Then after making it they ran out of the piconcer up and just added a shot of vanilla without even asking her if that was okay. It completely changed the taste of the drink. Their attitude was not great.We didn't make a fuss and just took our drinks. But they acted like they didn't want to be there and they were wanting to close up. Again this was two hours before closing. I feel like if you're a coffee shop and it's two hours before closing it not unreasonable to have All the coffee you offer available. He Did not want to make a new pot of coffee. And decided just to give me what he wanted to give me and hope I wouldn't notice. If I didn't mind what type of coffee I was getting I would have went to casey's and paid less. This isn't the first time i've had problems with this location and probably will not be returning to it. While I understand that occasional issues may arise, the experience I had was unacceptableāespecially as a returning customer. My initial order arrived with a cold sandwich, which I was willing to overlook since I could reheat it. However, the drink was not even filled properly and appeared hastily prepared, lacking the expected texture and consistency. After contacting DoorDash for a replacement, the second order was even more poorly executed. The drink was barely half full, and the sandwich was severely compressed into a misshapen square, visibly bursting out of its packaging. This level of carelessness is disappointing. Whichever barista was on shift today may need retraining, as this does not reflect the standard of service Iāve come to expect. While Iāve had positive experiences in the past, I cannot ignore the lack of quality and presentation in todayās order. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
