When you think of deli if you see Boares head deli meats you know you've struck gold Babas Deli is pure gold. I found them on grubhub and its easy the best deli in the entire south bay. Fresh breads fresh meats and all the fixings. They are new to the area but not new to delicatessens. This place is apart of Los Angeles deli royalty. IYKYK In my experience they saved me gas and a commute. I got the cajun turkey sandwich and the pastrami. They did it justice they german chocolate cake and the carrot cake its sooooo good! Why you see is what you get. Straight forward no frills NY deli vibe in SoCal.

Service was lovely. She was very through in taking my order.

Sandwich’s were very straightforward.

Ruben with pastrami was delicious- I personally prefer the filling to the edge of the bread.

Italian Sub- very classic flavors and oh so messy.

NG Sub- overall classic sandwiches vibes, could use some seasoning- no need for cucumbers without a bit of salt.

Monster Special was probably my favorite and the most flavorful.

Potato salad- I don’t think the person who came up with this recipe loves potato salad. It could use some love.

I don’t know how I haven’t found this place sooner! I had the Ng sub, a small thing of mac salad, as well as a bundaberg soda today. I have really bad (like really bad) TMJ, so a lot of the breads at delis can be really hard for me to eat (too thick/dense/hard), but the bread was perfect and tasty. The meat was good, veggies were fresh, and the mac salad was delicious too.
