Starbucks — Restaurant in Torrance

I'm going to give my honest opinion ,I have visited this place at least 10 times just to make sure that it is consistent with the ratio of the drinks and the customer service. I want to start off by saying I love to get the medicine ball and a different pastry each time I have to start saying I want a medicine ball with no water because it is so weak it takes like watered down lemonade. Once I started saying no water in the medicine ball just straight lemonade, I to then add to my order to say "extra sweetener" because it still was weak! I don't want to give this bad review I want to give management enough time to train them on how to make a proper medicine ball it takes as though they put a spray of lemonade and all water and no sweetener in here this is my favorite drink I have to drive now farther out to get the proper medicine ball. I did see the other reviews and they were not so great I'm trying not to be so hard on this Starbucks but it wasn't a great experience for me I think I drive further out would be the best for me and my family I've spent a good amount of money at the Starbucks and I can not continue to give someone some money for hot water. However the ratio is for the medicine ball it is horrible at this location do not go there and order a medicine ball my pastry was not even warmed up how they normally would warm things up I guess they were in a rush to get the order out again I'm not satisfied management can reach out to me I will try to go back I'll keep you guys updated😶. I will drive further out to get the best...

This is a rather largish Starbucks. Very spacious, yet very spartan with an impersonal air. It's nice inside, with ample AC power along the outside wall and well maintained.

There is a super long bench with AC power extending north along the middle of the first half of the store where large groups can meet and conference or study together and there's outside seating along the south wall facing the expansive parking lot.

This isn't one of the Starbucks that stays own late, closing up typically by 9:30pm; and it's not in the South Bay Gallerira either, but rather, across the boulevard in a completely separate shopping center (the Westgate Shopping Center) that it shares with a Harbor Freight Tools store, an AutoZone, Big 5, Sizzler restaurant, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and many other smaller shops.

Located on the southeast corner of Hawthorne and Artesia Boulevards it is afforded easy to and from access by those traveling north along Hawthorne or east...

I would give no stars at all. I visited today. Worst service ever!!!!! There were two young ladies working. One with mid short super curly brown hair in a pony and another with long light medium brown hair light complexion. Not only they took a very long time but they also made my order wrong. I ordered a beverage on Mobile device hot. They made it cold. I told them "excuse me this was suppose to be hot" curly hair girl grab the drink and threw it in trash(aggressively) ..... she said just do it over, to the other girl. They did not acknowledge me at all, such aggressiveness threw the beverage and made it over. Once it was done they just placed it on table didn't call it out or anything. Just placed it there with no name no sticker. What a nasty service delivered today after ordering 3 different drinks today and also pasteries.. so sad and disappointed. No customers, not busy and such bad...
