I went to McDonald's on Valentine's Day with my daughter and the outside doors were locked to get in but they were customers already on the inside of the building eventually a customer let me and my daughter in with a few other customers customer behind me ask the cash register girl if there was a manager present she goes yes he's right there the lady asked if she could speak to the manager about the outside lock doors the cash register lady said no you can't have his name you can't talk to him either so lady takes five steps behind the counter and asked for the manager to come up front the cash register lady was very rude and refused to give the manager's name the manager came out for didn't diffuse the situation I get that you're busy but at the same time to customers on the inside or just as valuable as the ones that come through the drive-thru the cash register lady was was disrespectful and being unprofessionalism my order was completely messed up I ordered a four piece chicken nugget meal for my daughter she got three chicken nuggets do they know how to count back there I ordered a McDouble with no pickles there was pickles on my McDouble waited probably about 10 minutes from my order didn't even announce the number on the receipt that they normally do after all that I go home and I hand my daughter her happy meal and she says she's not three chicken nuggets instead of 4. I take out my McDouble takeabite and there's freaking pickles on it first off I really requested no pickles I checked my receipt to make sure that I requested it and it says no pickles so I called the store the weather know that they messed up my order some female picks up the phone I tell about my order halfway through it she hangs up great customer service McDonald's I don't know what teaching your people but got to do a better job than that I will go to the one Uptown now instead the one downtown even though the one that's downtown is...
Read moreWow I wish the owner of this place send people of his family to buy there, is a joke all staff in the place needs to be replace, managers are laughing at customers face, when ask a question , the office in the first window of the drive thru 4 people hanging in there while the lady running the drive thru can't handle it by her self, I ask if it was open at 1115pm no one answer the intercom for 12 minutes so I drove up to see if it was open and when i looked at the first window and ask the gentlemen he ask a lady from the other 2 that were in there making it 3 staff and they laugh and turn they face around, so again I went to the second window and the nice lady there told me she was all alone and didn't have any help, wow how in earth this happens in a 24hour drive thru, can't let this slide I'm contacting the owner not the managers they are in it them self I ask the lady who was the manager for the night she said she's in the back office ,well I guess yea the one that came at me with a attitude when I ask why no one is answering the speakers, sad to say I live 7 houses away i spend a lot of money there with my family and friends , horrible staff they are having run that store , if the owner reads this please, please start tighting up that store before u lose it, better managers won't let...
Read moreThis seems to be the hangout. And when I say hangout I mean for the staff. I’m confused as to why they can be so caught up into their conversations and not tend to the dining room. I placed my order at the kiosk before 4 people that came in and placed orders at the register. I get my order after all of them. And the response when I asked how they get their food before me and I was here before them. “A young lady responded that the orders from the register go straight to the kitchen before the kiosk orders. 🙄🙄🙄. So once I get my order I got to sit to eat my food but the tables are completely dirty and the ones that were available were taken by individuals just hanging out in the dining room talking with a staff member that I’m guessing just got off shift. This isn’t a complaint as for more of an eye opener of how organizations open businesses in our communities and can care less if the service is topnotch. This is to show you that making money is a bigger factor. I don’t blame the rude, untrained, and ignorant staff. They only do what they’re allowed to do, especially when the manager is functioning in that manner as well. This establishment has been filthy on many occasion.
